酒店服務品質是我這次山西旅遊行程中，到目前為止最滿意的一家。到大堂門口，有服務生主動來搬行李，房間服務員打掃衞生時，見我洗了衣服，又主動給房間添了晾衣架，等我回房間時已經幫我把衣服掛在衣架上了。另外這家酒店的送餐也很好吃，第一天抱着試試看的心情點了送餐，味道讓我喜歡，接下來就天天都是點酒店的送餐吃，好吃又不用出門走路去找吃的。
