①所有物品設施非常老舊，地板上各種香煙燒過的黑洞，連浴巾毛巾都各種拉毛，照片我是拍了不過還是不放了，放了更嚇人沒必要了，住過打擊就知道了。②早上十點鐘左右突然我們被火災報警聲驚醒，因為持續響，並且甚至公共播音喇叭一直講不是演習不是演習請大家趕快走樓梯撤離，這樣我們就趕快就拿上外套背包從十樓走下來。走到一樓，也沒發現其他人走下來，問前台怎麼回事她説演習呀沒必要下樓。這種狀況真真讓人難以接受。③酒店位置很好，旁邊是一個商業城，沿馬路那邊還有好幾個非常好吃的餐廳。我們吃了一家衢州龍遊小吃店，真真非常好吃。第二天嘗試了一家生煎包店也非常好吃。酒店旁邊還有一個公共汽車總站都是去長興各處旅遊的線路，進出很方便。④地下車庫停車不方便，出來的時候要繞很遠再出得來。總之這家曼居需要整體硬件升級，員工再培訓一下。位置再好今後我們也不打算再住了。
