우선 호텔은 도심에 위치하여 10분만 걸으면 모든것이 해결 가능합니다.
주차장 또한 기계식 주차장이 잘 되어있어 주차 문제는 걱정할 필요가 없고 호텔의 발렛 파킹 서비스가 뛰어나어 매우 편안합니다.
다만 아쉬운 점은 호텔의 청결도가 보장되어 있진 않은 것 같습니다.
처음 묶었던 방은 모든것이 깨끗했지만 두번째 묶었던 방은 아쉬운 점이 많이 보였고 가장 눈에 띄는 것은 바닥이었습니다.
핏자국인지 음식물인지는 모를 자국들이 많이 남아있었고 과자 부스러기도 있어 약간의 불쾌함이 있었습니다.
마지막으로 모든 직원분들은 친절했으며 숙박에 문제가 있으면 적극적으로 노력합니다.
하지만 약간 아쉬웠던 점은 호텔 숙박 일정이 변경되어 체크아웃을 하루 일찍 한다면 마지막날만 환불이 가능한지 문의하였지만 확인해본다는 말 이후로 체크아웃까지 4일동안 답을 듣지 못했습니다.
비슷한 경우가 다시 생긴다면 막연히 기다리지는 않도록 불가능하다는 답이라도 연락해주셨으면 더욱 좋을 것 같습니다.
전반적으로 호텔의 대부분은 만족스러웠고 기회가 된다면 다음에 다시 이용할 만한 호텔입니다.
