Once entering the Hotel the Greeting was excellent from the hotel team. At reception the ladies and gentlemen made us feel totally welcome and were very courteous. Checking in was very efficient and it only took a few minutes to complete the whole process. In the evening we decide to go to the hotel bar to play pool and relax ourselves before the marathon, we were guided to the hotel bar directly by hotel staff that again was extremely polite and helpful, entering the bar the bar tender took our order within a few minutes. again was very polite. The room on the executive floor was to a medium size and very clean. Note: Executive Lounge was not available due to maintenance, this was not an issue and look forward to using the Executive Lounge again. Note: Television could do with updating but would not be a concern for us to stop at the hotel again just a slight comment. Also milk was brought to our room without be asked again showing clearly customer care. Breakfast was presented well and also some variety, restaurant staff were also very helpful. Checkout was also efficient. In a few words Excellent Hospitality from the entire Team, will be coming back and also would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel to my colleagues and friends.

This hotel is very cost-effective, the service attitude is very good, and you feel at home staying in it. The breakfast is very rich, there are free small refrigerator drinks every day, and parking is free.

I went on a trip with my bestie's family. My bestie chose this hotel. It's not bad. It's at the foot of Yushan Mountain. It's very convenient. It takes only 2 kilometers to walk to the cable car. It's an old hotel, but it's still good and clean. The breakfast buffet is very rich and the price is not expensive. It's economical and branded. Many friends said it's good. I will stay there next time.

This is a superb hotel. They will always try their best to communicate effectively with me so that I get the best they can offer. I asked them to change the room, as it had some cigarette smell, and they changed it immediately. They also have a large parking lot, which is very convenient. Needless to mention that it is free of charge. If you have to order food, now they have a robot that brings the food to the front of your door! I strongly recommend this hotel for the service and cleaning of the room.

Because I wanted to go to Xingfu Temple, I chose the Buyunlou Garden View Hotel in Yueshanxuan on Ctrip. It has a Chinese-style garden design, is quiet, private, and less noisy. The location is at the foot of Yushan Mountain, a few steps away from Xingfu Temple and Yushan Cableway, and walk to the north of Yushan Mountain. The road is only 10 minutes away and there are many noodle shops and teahouses around the hotel. Xingfu old noodle shop is the most famous. It is said that Changshu people like to drink tea and eat noodles, so there are many noodle shops and teahouses. The hotel lobby is antique and has many collections such as agarwood tea cakes and many other buffet breakfast varieties. A combination of Chinese and Western, you can also order mushroom oil noodles and actually eat authentic salted tofu pudding. The hotel has been open for a long time. The facilities are a bit outdated, but the service is first-class. Whether it is the lobby manager, front desk restaurant or room service, they are as caring as the spring breeze and drizzle. It can be said that they feel friendly and natural in all aspects such as dining, communication, etc. in the room service restaurant. A mature hotel gives guests a good experience. The same manager was on duty in the lobby from morning to night for two days. I was very impressed. Before leaving the hotel, we learned that we were going up a mountain, and they prepared a small fan for us. When we were hiking on Yushan Mountain under the scorching sun, we found a small fan in our bag. How precious this ray of cool breeze was. Just two days is too short. I look forward to my next trip to Yueshanxuan.

The location is excellent, close to Q Gate of Yushan Ancient City and opposite Yushan. From the hotel room window, you can see the magnificent towers and mountains. It is within walking distance to libraries, museums, Weng Tonghe’s former residence Q, etc. When you go out in the evening, go to the right and pass by Fangta Garden. Next to it is the bustling commercial street, where you can taste local food. The hotel's restaurant has an elegant environment, Chinese retro style and light colors. The lobby is in European style, gorgeous and elegant.

Nice serene area. Hotel is well maintained. Aircon is not switched on all the time as the weather now is hot and cold (temperature can vary drastically). Room becomes a little stuffy as there is no circulation in the room. Will recommend this hotel though!!! friendly staff :)

I bought a 3-day, 2-night discount at the Hilton Changshu Longteng Hotel on Ctrip. A young man greeted us at the door after we arrived. The hotel lobby is on the 12th floor. It felt very grand after arriving. He helped us deliver our luggage to the room. Facilities: Stylish new fully braked curtains, and the room also has a small speaker that can connect to the mobile phone Bluetooth and alarm clock! Hygiene: It feels easy at home at first glance. Environment: The lobby on the 12th floor has a view of the Changshu TV station and Qinhu Park. Very beautiful! Service: Very thoughtful. After arriving in the room, I felt that the mineral water was not enough. I called the front desk service and needed to add a few more bottles of mineral water. After the call, the waiter delivered it immediately. I really feel the service of a five-star hotel. The Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor has a patient service attitude! The restaurant manager on the 3rd floor enthusiastically introduced the hotel dishes. Patiently answered. It deserves a five-star rating! I will choose Hilton Longteng Hotel next time I go to Changshu! Five-star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Facilities: The hotel is very new, the swimming pool is great ~ you can borrow a floating board ~ the facilities are also very complete. The gym has a great view ~ the space is also great. Hygiene: The room is very clean ~ the bathtub in the room is also very good ~ it is a standard size and clean. The water pressure on the 19th floor is also very high ~ Catering: I experienced the dinner buffet and the hotel breakfast buffet. The dishes are very rich and of high quality ~ special needs will be met in a timely manner, and breakfast even has thoughtful take-away coffee ~ the whole process is served by service staff, and guests do not need to operate it themselves. Very satisfied! Service: The service is very, very, very good ~ from the lobby on the first floor reception post, front desk concierge, restaurant service staff, cleaning staff, swimming pool staff, every service staff they come into contact with is very nice, and problems are solved as soon as possible. For example, providing children's bathrobes, providing disposable bath bags, upgrading lake view rooms, free check-in fruits, and enjoying delayed check-out are all first-class! Lovely stay here! Location isn’t great as it’s far from the busy side of Changshu but if you love your peace and quiet! Go for it. Breakfast buffet is good but couldn’t get the buffet for dinner because they offer it on weekends only (Friday-Sunday). Asked for a higher floor and they gladly gave me one! Overall experience was good just a little dust probably because that’s not the room that was initially prepared for us. Thank you, Hotel Nikko.
