The advantage is that it is close, you can find it as soon as you enter the door, and you can go back to the hotel to sleep when you are tired! But the experience is not very good. The contrast of the Lijing Hotel parent-child room I stayed the day before was too strong. Will not go for the second time, except for the price, there is no comparison with Lijing Hotel! The air-conditioning drip pipe is connected to the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom is always wet. In addition to a hammock and pillow/cover decoration, the parent-child room does not have any practical children's utensils, even children's slippers and toiletries. There is a teapot to boil water by yourself, but when you come in, there is a tea cup full of water? Are you sure you cleaned the cup teapot? ? ? In the morning, the lake was practicing the model, very noisy! I was woken up early in the morning.

A very satisfying trip and accommodation. I also booked it after reading reviews online. I was not disappointed. The hotel is tall and has a good environment. Breakfast is on the 28th floor. While eating, you can enjoy the scenery of the entire Wangcheng Lei Feng Avenue and the district government. It is a kind of enjoyment. There are also Changsha's special snacks, sugar-coated glutinous rice cakes, stinky tofu 😋 The glass plank road can be checked in and photographed, but I am a little afraid of heights 😂

This Lavande Hotel has just opened and all the facilities are very new. The location is also easy to find, just follow the navigation and you’ll be there. The service is quite professional and considerate. They use a suspended bed and the bedding is very clean and hygienic. There was no smell in the room either. The sound system is also good, and the relaxing atmosphere instantly wakes up. It is quite comfortable to listen to music while bathing and sleeping. The breakfast menu is also very rich and can be enjoyed by both adults and children. The stay is quite quiet without any noise. The underground parking lot is large enough and free of charge. The only drawback is that it is too far from the bustling urban area, and it takes more than an hour to drive.

I felt very guilty for the wrong review I made last time. I said I would make up for it next time. Although the location of this business trip was a bit far away, I still chose this hotel. There is a shopping mall downstairs. I went to KTV to sing with my colleagues in the evening. The room is spacious and warmly decorated. The bed is comfortable and the quality of sleep is very high. Wi-Fi is very fast and suitable for business travel. The front desk service was very friendly and check-in and check-out were quick. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The hotel's cleaning work is very good. In the morning, I saw cleaning staff maintaining the hygiene of public areas. CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

Location: Couldn't be more perfect - walking distance from all the areas we wanted to be in, with tonnes of great food and drink options (street food, restaurants etc) right at the doorstep, same with convenience stores and everything else you'd need. The subway is also a very short walk away, as well as several malls.
Room: Room was very good - really well kitted out (including a very good hair dryer which my girlfriend said was worth mentioning), clean, and well decorated. Lots of useful tech / extra touches that elevated the stay. It was slightly on the smaller side, so not a huge amount of storage space for clothes, but this wasn't a problem for our shorter stay. The room includes a projector which has a lot of films included (including in english) which was a nice touch.
Service: The service was amazing! The front desk staff don't speak english but we used our phones to translate, so communication was no problem. Xiao Hao, Pei Pei, and Xiao Mei were great - and we were always met with a smile. There's a concierge service which means you can reach the team on WeChat at any time - and they were incredibly responsive and helpful each time I asked for recommendations or had specific questions.
Facilities: Decent.well decorated, modern communal areas, the breakfast has a good spread (western / chinese), free laundry and dryers. The gym is tiny and quite barren however.

After parking the car, the concierge Gao Fei carried the box for me. The angel Eve's service attitude was also very good, and she sent me to the elevator. Liang Huan and Zhou Yao at the front desk patiently helped me check in. It was also a good stay. The hotel environment was the same as the photos, clean and very design-oriented. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay. The service was super good and exceeded expectations. The hotel sent welcome fruits and tea in the room. The sound insulation was also very good. I usually sleep lightly, but here I can't hear the sound of the corridor and the next door at all. The location is very good. It is very close to the subway station and very convenient. You can also walk to the May Day Square by walking on the side road. There are many delicious foods. Finally, I like the housekeeper Eve who helped me on the last day. AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located at the heart of the city! Extremely convenient to shop and go back to rest before going out again, multiple times a day. We were surrounded by nightlife and lots of food options even after 2am. We share the same building as a karaoke and famous bar so it gets bustling on weekend nights. The shared lift was not pleasant but I wasn’t a big deal to me.
There is an amazing massage place in the same building that opens 24/7. Perfect for food reflexology after a long day of sightseeing.
Room: Was amazed at the smart home. Loved the clean room, silent projector with huge screen, great hair dryer, fast and free laundry service, free bottled water, shower was very strong which was great! Only down side is it bathroom was a little small and it gets flooded with water. But they do offer slippers so it wasn’t that bad. If we needed anything we can just WeChat the reception.
We were also the unlucky ones who had room closer to the club, was a bit noisy at night but was too tired it didn’t bother me much. They provide ear plugs if you need.
It’s not perfect, but for the price, location, service and amenities, I’d say it was worth it. Would recommend to my friends.

The entrance to the subway station is just downstairs, so you can travel however you want, very convenient.
Having said that, I brought two and a half boys, one big man, four people may be a little crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men all refused, saying that they just take a bath and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, Hygiene is also okay, because I am too tired to play, I have not experienced the projection, and the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it lights up when I move, I can’t see the light yet, I wake up when I see the light

SSOPHIA CHOU WEIWe stayed only 1 night and hotel was chosen due to location in the Airport. Hote is located 3mins wlk to T1. We arrived at the Hunaghua Int'l Airport T2 and you can call the hotel to arange for pick up which is bonus. The hotel also send us to the meglev station the next day. Overall it is oerfect for those who want to stay near the hotel. Room is clean too. Note: checking in was a bit challenging as we arrived at mid night and only 1 person mend the reception. we were half way doing check in when a group of China local tourist came in and they dont't wait don't queue - many of them just shoved you aside and push their ID card over to the staff for check in.
