The room size is suitable, clean and tidy, opposite the National Defense University of Science and Technology, very close to the Sifangping subway station, it is convenient to go to the Orange Island Head of Wuyi Square.

I am very satisfied with the new store, the environment and the service. I will choose this store next time I come to Changsha for a business trip.

A vast swimming pool - making a hot summer so cool! The swimming pool in this hotel is unique and special - it’s 50 x 25 meters, enormous! No other five-star hotels in Changsha is equipped with such a large swimming pool, and it opens long hours from noon till 22:00! Diving into the deep crystal water anytime in the hot afternoon really cools you down and helps you relaxing- incredible! Will come back again and more through the summer ^_^

The hotel is very clean and profesional. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has an ample range for the hungry traveller with the Chinese food cooked to perfection and decent bread but not many cereal options. I would have preferred there to be sugar-free options with the hot drinks but there is hot water for tea bags. The decor is superb and bed warm and comfortable. I didn't get to see the museum so if I come back then I will probably choose to stay here again!

Pictures on the website are exactly what it looks like. 10 out of 10 for customer service. They let me check in 3 hours early. Im gonna be making a full review of this place on my yt channel ”food x bert” Its the best hotel i ever stayed in for 20 dollars in China. Free water is a huge bonus and bed is comfortable. The reception is extremely nice and helpful. The Hotel is clean. Beautiful views to be seen from a lot of the rooms. I will be staying here every time i go to Changsha. They had a washing machine and dryer and they helped me fold my clothes. Honestly they are giving hilton a run for one quarter the price. Thats why i give this hotel 9.99999 out of 10 because its almost perfect for the value.

Hotel location is good But I had a great experience staying at Mcsrh in Chongqing before, so I decided to stay at Mcsrh in Changsha without any thought. 1. The air conditioner in the room in Changsha was not cold, water leaked, the water pressure in the bath in the room was low, the nearby construction was very noisy, and the staff did not help solve the problem. 2. The environment in the laundry room is quite bad and it feels like there is no maintenance staff. 3. The WeChat customer service at the counter sometimes does not reply to messages. 4. The cleaning lady is very responsible, so I gave it five stars in terms of cleanliness. My feeling is that the Changsha store will really ruin this brand.

The hotel lobby is spectacular, but the rooms are a little different from the photos The hygiene of the rooms can be improved. Some rooms have no curtains, some have no bathroom doors, and the ceilings of some rooms are not sealed, and you can still see wires. The sanitation outside the elevator is very bad. I don't know if it's due to renovation or it has been like this for a long time. There are many places to eat near the hotel, so it is not a problem, and it is also very close to Changsha Station and subway station.
