I booked this hotel for a business trip. It should be a hotel with ”differences in appearance and appearance”, because when I first arrived, I looked at the hotel sign from the outside and thought it was really ordinary. Pictures on the website are exactly what it looks like. 10 out of 10 for customer service. They let me check in 3 hours early. Im gonna be making a full review of this place on my yt channel ”food x bert” Its the best hotel i ever stayed in for 20 dollars in China. Free water is a huge bonus and bed is comfortable. The reception is extremely nice and helpful. The Hotel is clean. Beautiful views to be seen from a lot of the rooms. I will be staying here every time i go to Changsha. They had a washing machine and dryer and they helped me fold my clothes. Honestly they are giving hilton a run for one quarter the price. Thats why i give this hotel 9.99999 out of 10 because its almost perfect for the value.

We stayed 1 night due to the proximity to the train station, however, beware that it isn't just next to the station so depending on what you carry you might consider the hotel's FREE shuttle, BUT you'll need a Chinese number and someone who speaks Chinese for you (we asked a lovely woman in our train if she could help, as her English was above average and she could understand our little help request). Make sure you also arrange the shuttle back the previous night with the reception. Breakfast is very very poor for western tourists (you might get away if you eat cereals, but not much more...). Restaurants around the hotel aren't the cleanest or the best so be prepared...there is a convenience store just next to the hotel at least. Hotel doesn't have any food options...

Loved the location. its located a stone throw from Changsha North Railway Station. My flight was delayed hence I arrived after midnight, driver was unable to drive close enough to the hotel, he had to drop me off at the entrance if the railway station and walk the rest of the way (can be alittle scary at night as there are stray travellers sleeping around the station and the road was dark). Recept was good, can see the security guard at the lobby. They even provided a bag of welcome gift (Steam eyemask, ear plus, snack, hand lotion etc). Food delivery was dropped off at the reception and delivered to your room via a robot which was so cute and efficient.

Weather was cold. The staff mannigg by entrance door are all excellent, reception mostly good too ( depending on timing ) Good pickup 5 star for the friendly elderly gentleman. Con - smoking rampant by other guests even on non smoking Floors . Some even hold cigarette in the elevator despite numerous no smoking signs everywhere. Very lax and weak on enforcing by staff against guests who flout blatantly
