Best Changsha Spa Hotels

Bathroom: Very big showering area, I estimate it at around 6-7m2. water heats up quickly and makes for a good showering experience. Living area: also roomy, big windows show a good city view, the bedside outlets are equipped with usb charging ports, pretty convenient. Facilities: Very petite gym room with two treadmills and a small dumbbell rack up to 30kg, a conference room, a laundry room and a small sky garden, all at 12f. No breakfast because of covid restrictions.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our first trip to Changsha and the experience was unforgettable. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The reception helped us upgrade the room for free. The Concierge Supervisor Nolan Zhou was very helpful and helped us carry the luggage to the room. The cleaning ladies tidied up the room in a meticulous way everyday. The room was very spacious, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with a very large bathroom.

If you come to Changsha for tourism, I recommend staying at Sheraton Hotel. First of all, the location is very good. It takes about ten minutes to get to Exit 4 of Furong Square Station on Metro Line 2. It is a relatively quiet place. The hotel is well-equipped. There is a small bar downstairs where you can have a drink at night. The hotel restaurant, fitness room, and swimming pool are all available. I recommend the buffet restaurant on the third floor. The food is very delicious. Buddha jumps over the wall and pan-fried foie gras must be eaten. The room you booked was given two free drinks, and you can choose Starbucks or Cha Yan Yue Se. At around 8 o'clock in the evening, a waiter came to the room to deliver fruit. In the morning, a cleaner came to ask when the room could be cleaned. Everyone greeted with a smile and had a good service attitude. The room provides free purified water and a capsule coffee machine for use. Overall, it is cost-effective. I will definitely choose Sheraton again next time I come to Changsha. Two cups of Starbucks coffee service: Cha Yan Yue Se can be selected Sheraton IP bear doll: Such a cute bear, super good quality, a good souvenir.

I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities. It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute! The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log. Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.) The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place. The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable. Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great. Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city. Definitely recommend staying here! This W Hotel flawlessly combines luxury, sophistication, and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a standout hotel.

This is a glorified 4 star hotel. Other than the location, you will be disappointed with the overall hotel experience. It lacks the attention to detail to be a true 5 star hotel experience. A couple of examples; non-smoking rooms being ruined by smokers, the rainforest shower (top mounted shower head) didn’t work and was just an unpleasant drizzle, air-conditioning that just had a mind of its own with no ability to adjust to desired temperature, the bed being somehow both firm and soft. If you are accustomed to chain hotels, then the attention to detail at the Niccolo is missing!

The room is very clean and the aroma is very comfortable. The decoration style is simple, and the overall quality of the service personnel is also very high. Whether it is cleaning or checking in, everything is very smooth and comfortable. The service attitude is even better!! I left something at the hotel, called to verify the situation, and quickly mailed it. Thank you so much!

My family and I had a wonderful trip in Changsha. We ended up staying at Wanda Vista for a total of three days. The hotel was clean and the room was very quiet. The staff team was incredibly helpful. In addition, the hotel was located near many great restaurants and attractions.

I watched the 14th anniversary performance of the Shanghai Rainbow Chamber Choir and stayed at Beichen Guohui. The beautiful lady at the front desk upgraded me to a river view room on the 22nd floor. The room was large, the view was good, and the experience was excellent. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel has good food, large portions, and thoughtful service. It is close to the Xiangjiang and Liuyang River scenic belt. The winter sun is bright. I took a walk and it was very pleasant 😄 Come again, come again, come again👏👏

It is conveniently located near the subway station, with rich breakfast. The hotel happened to have a porcelain picking activity, so I went over to see that it was Liling porcelain. I picked a cup that was not bad. The room was clean and hygienic, with intact facilities. The supervisor, Xiao Gao, was enthusiastic in service and personally delivered the hotel's homemade double skin milk. He took the initiative to help me solve other problems I asked. It is a hotel worth recommending.

Not suitable for family travelling with young kids. The room is old with a lot of stain on the carpet, wall, bathroom and even on the bed. My young son vomited on the bed and the housekeeping said we will need to pay for the washing of the linen even the stain wasn’t very obvious. This is totally unheard of from all my stay at all the 4 or 5 stars or equivalent hotels in the past. However the front desk was kind enough to say we don’t have to pay for it. The housekeeping didn’t even provide any daily fruit platter when we stay in suite room. I got it when stayed at the lowest tier room when travelled alone in the past. Don’t think will ever stay at this hotel anymore in future.
