The surrounding area of the house is very quiet, far from the main road. 3. If the tenant next door is more excited at night, it will inevitably be awakened. 4. Sister Xiao Ma at the front desk was really nice. Seeing that we had children with us, she specially gave us a breakfast coupon, which was very considerate! The hotel lobby and room environment and facilities are very good, good quality and low price. There is a convenience store downstairs, which makes life convenient. More importantly, it is right in front of Central South University. We stopped by Central South University the next day. The accommodation experience is quite good. I will stay at Lushanju next time I come to Changsha.

Very characteristic homestay, sleep very comfortable, the hotel is very convenient to go to Yuelu Mountain at Yuelu Shandong Gate, not far from Juzizhoutou, taxis to the surrounding attractions are basically more than ten yuan, a little far from the subway station. There is free afternoon tea and one-way pick-up service (the way to reimburse the taxi fare), the aunt also helps to dry the clothes on the roof of the building, and will hang on the door of the room the next morning. The response speed of all aspects of service can be, and the front desk lady is warm and polite.

Taking advantage of the summer vacation and driving out with my family, I was tired to find a place to rest. I didn’t expect a surprise. The clothes that had been put in the car finally picked up. I booked twin room for my parents and they absolutely enjoyed their stay! So below is my parent's comments:
- The location is prime, right in the center of Changsha, close to everywhere you want to go.
- The room is nice and what surprised me is that it's river view even if the booking doesn't mention it.
- Staffs are all very friendly and responsive
- Good quality breakfast with lots of varieties
- Club lounge serves good range of drinks and food too
If I ever come to Changsha, I won't stay anywhere else but Grant Hyatt :)

the place is a littl hard to find because it's hiding at the back of a building, and they don't have a signage in the front of the building. Please call to ask for directions before leaving for your trip, or else you'll have to ask people around there (we had asked a few shop owners in the front of the building and they said they don't know where is the place, not sure if they really don't know or being unhelpful). However, besides that, everything is quite good, really nice owner, the place is clean as well.

The hotel's services and facilities are good. The laundry room gym is available. The room is spacious and decorated. The atmosphere is simple. The room was very nice. Looking at the Lushan waterfall, the sun shines on the incense burner, and purple smoke rises. Looking at the waterfall hanging in front of the river, it falls straight down three thousand feet, and it seems like the Milky Way falls from the sky. The bright moonlight is in front of my palm.

I think it is very clean. Although it is a bit small, it is ok for me alone, and the front desk lady is very good at business. No matter whether the company has been trained, at least she knows that there is a return certificate. Most hotels don't know that Hong Kong people have two documents. At that time, I said that I was a Hong Kong ID card, and then Miss Sister said that the ID card is not good. You can give me the return card. I felt that Miss Sister's business ability was very good. When I checked out, I also chatted with the two young ladies at the front desk. They asked me if I was traveling. I said yes, and it was to watch Chen Li's concert. One young lady said that Chen Li was very good. I searched her and felt very good. She turned to powder 🤣 and another young lady said that she could see Chen Li's program as a mentor. CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

Location: Couldn't be more perfect - walking distance from all the areas we wanted to be in, with tonnes of great food and drink options (street food, restaurants etc) right at the doorstep, same with convenience stores and everything else you'd need. The subway is also a very short walk away, as well as several malls.
Room: Room was very good - really well kitted out (including a very good hair dryer which my girlfriend said was worth mentioning), clean, and well decorated. Lots of useful tech / extra touches that elevated the stay. It was slightly on the smaller side, so not a huge amount of storage space for clothes, but this wasn't a problem for our shorter stay. The room includes a projector which has a lot of films included (including in english) which was a nice touch.
Service: The service was amazing! The front desk staff don't speak english but we used our phones to translate, so communication was no problem. Xiao Hao, Pei Pei, and Xiao Mei were great - and we were always met with a smile. There's a concierge service which means you can reach the team on WeChat at any time - and they were incredibly responsive and helpful each time I asked for recommendations or had specific questions.
Facilities: Decent.well decorated, modern communal areas, the breakfast has a good spread (western / chinese), free laundry and dryers. The gym is tiny and quite barren however.

After parking the car, the concierge Gao Fei carried the box for me. The angel Eve's service attitude was also very good, and she sent me to the elevator. Liang Huan and Zhou Yao at the front desk patiently helped me check in. It was also a good stay. The hotel environment was the same as the photos, clean and very design-oriented. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay. The service was super good and exceeded expectations. The hotel sent welcome fruits and tea in the room. The sound insulation was also very good. I usually sleep lightly, but here I can't hear the sound of the corridor and the next door at all. The location is very good. It is very close to the subway station and very convenient. You can also walk to the May Day Square by walking on the side road. There are many delicious foods. Finally, I like the housekeeper Eve who helped me on the last day. AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located at the heart of the city! Extremely convenient to shop and go back to rest before going out again, multiple times a day. We were surrounded by nightlife and lots of food options even after 2am. We share the same building as a karaoke and famous bar so it gets bustling on weekend nights. The shared lift was not pleasant but I wasn’t a big deal to me.
There is an amazing massage place in the same building that opens 24/7. Perfect for food reflexology after a long day of sightseeing.
Room: Was amazed at the smart home. Loved the clean room, silent projector with huge screen, great hair dryer, fast and free laundry service, free bottled water, shower was very strong which was great! Only down side is it bathroom was a little small and it gets flooded with water. But they do offer slippers so it wasn’t that bad. If we needed anything we can just WeChat the reception.
We were also the unlucky ones who had room closer to the club, was a bit noisy at night but was too tired it didn’t bother me much. They provide ear plugs if you need.
It’s not perfect, but for the price, location, service and amenities, I’d say it was worth it. Would recommend to my friends.

The entrance to the subway station is just downstairs, so you can travel however you want, very convenient.
Having said that, I brought two and a half boys, one big man, four people may be a little crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men all refused, saying that they just take a bath and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, Hygiene is also okay, because I am too tired to play, I have not experienced the projection, and the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it lights up when I move, I can’t see the light yet, I wake up when I see the light

SSOPHIA CHOU WEIWe stayed only 1 night and hotel was chosen due to location in the Airport. Hote is located 3mins wlk to T1. We arrived at the Hunaghua Int'l Airport T2 and you can call the hotel to arange for pick up which is bonus. The hotel also send us to the meglev station the next day. Overall it is oerfect for those who want to stay near the hotel. Room is clean too. Note: checking in was a bit challenging as we arrived at mid night and only 1 person mend the reception. we were half way doing check in when a group of China local tourist came in and they dont't wait don't queue - many of them just shoved you aside and push their ID card over to the staff for check in.
