Very characteristic homestay, sleep very comfortable, the hotel is very convenient to go to Yuelu Mountain at Yuelu Shandong Gate, not far from Juzizhoutou, taxis to the surrounding attractions are basically more than ten yuan, a little far from the subway station. There is free afternoon tea and one-way pick-up service (the way to reimburse the taxi fare), the aunt also helps to dry the clothes on the roof of the building, and will hang on the door of the room the next morning. The response speed of all aspects of service can be, and the front desk lady is warm and polite.

The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the subway station and a few minutes' walk from Orange Island. It is very convenient to take the subway to May Day Square, Yuelu Mountain, etc. The hotel has complete facilities, good environment and sanitation, good service, and also provides free Changsha stinky tofu.

Near Exit 1 of Liwan Town Subway Station, you can walk into an alley through an underground passage and the transportation is convenient.
The host is very good, although our room is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator, but the host can help with the luggage is great! And at night, we went to the night market at one or two o'clock, and the host allowed us to lock the door downstairs.
Hot water is supplied 24 hours a day, but the cold water inside must be put out before the water temperature comes up. The bath is very comfortable when the water temperature is highest.
The TV plug is broken, and the socket next to the TV is also aging. I hope it can be replaced.
Although the three-bed room we booked was a toilet, we often went to the squat toilet on the stairs to go to the toilet (/doge).
Another thing, the disposable slippers in the room are very slippery when stepping on the water, and they can't be worn to take a bath, but you can buy 12 slippers at the convenience store at the entrance of the alley downstairs. In addition, we often buy water in the convenience store, and the living materials are not a problem.
For breakfast, there is a powder shop nearby, and the snow-top red meat powder inside is very delicious.

Great location! About 2-3 mins walk from Wuyi Square Metro exit 7. There are plenty of restaurants, malls, and in close walking proximity to the famous locations including the store that sells those oversized snacks. The hotel offers breakfast which is 6.5/10. The reception is on the 7th floor and I got a room on the 14th floor, fairly large and comfortable. There were a few things that could use repair and deep cleaning but was okay for the price and considering the location. Overall, recommend and would stay there if I ever visit Changsha again.

the place is a littl hard to find because it's hiding at the back of a building, and they don't have a signage in the front of the building. Please call to ask for directions before leaving for your trip, or else you'll have to ask people around there (we had asked a few shop owners in the front of the building and they said they don't know where is the place, not sure if they really don't know or being unhelpful). However, besides that, everything is quite good, really nice owner, the place is clean as well.

Sister Xiao Ma at the front desk was really nice. Seeing that we had children with us, she specially gave us a breakfast coupon, which was very considerate! The hotel lobby and room environment and facilities are very good, good quality and low price. There is a convenience store downstairs, which makes life convenient. More importantly, it is right in front of Central South University. We stopped by Central South University the next day. The accommodation experience is quite good. I will stay at Lushanju next time I come to Changsha.

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent.
The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room.
Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!

I usually travel a lot. I have lived in various mid-to-high-end hotels in various cities. This hotel is very good. The room I live in has a wide view. It is opposite to Yanghu Wetland Park. The hotel's services and facilities are good. The laundry room gym is available. The room is spacious and decorated. The atmosphere is simple. CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

Location: Couldn't be more perfect - walking distance from all the areas we wanted to be in, with tonnes of great food and drink options (street food, restaurants etc) right at the doorstep, same with convenience stores and everything else you'd need. The subway is also a very short walk away, as well as several malls.
Room: Room was very good - really well kitted out (including a very good hair dryer which my girlfriend said was worth mentioning), clean, and well decorated. Lots of useful tech / extra touches that elevated the stay. It was slightly on the smaller side, so not a huge amount of storage space for clothes, but this wasn't a problem for our shorter stay. The room includes a projector which has a lot of films included (including in english) which was a nice touch.
Service: The service was amazing! The front desk staff don't speak english but we used our phones to translate, so communication was no problem. Xiao Hao, Pei Pei, and Xiao Mei were great - and we were always met with a smile. There's a concierge service which means you can reach the team on WeChat at any time - and they were incredibly responsive and helpful each time I asked for recommendations or had specific questions.
Facilities: Decent.well decorated, modern communal areas, the breakfast has a good spread (western / chinese), free laundry and dryers. The gym is tiny and quite barren however.

After parking the car, the concierge Gao Fei carried the box for me. The angel Eve's service attitude was also very good, and she sent me to the elevator. Liang Huan and Zhou Yao at the front desk patiently helped me check in. It was also a good stay. The hotel environment was the same as the photos, clean and very design-oriented. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay. The service was super good and exceeded expectations. The hotel sent welcome fruits and tea in the room. The sound insulation was also very good. I usually sleep lightly, but here I can't hear the sound of the corridor and the next door at all. The location is very good. It is very close to the subway station and very convenient. You can also walk to the May Day Square by walking on the side road. There are many delicious foods. Finally, I like the housekeeper Eve who helped me on the last day. AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located at the heart of the city! Extremely convenient to shop and go back to rest before going out again, multiple times a day. We were surrounded by nightlife and lots of food options even after 2am. We share the same building as a karaoke and famous bar so it gets bustling on weekend nights. The shared lift was not pleasant but I wasn’t a big deal to me.
There is an amazing massage place in the same building that opens 24/7. Perfect for food reflexology after a long day of sightseeing.
Room: Was amazed at the smart home. Loved the clean room, silent projector with huge screen, great hair dryer, fast and free laundry service, free bottled water, shower was very strong which was great! Only down side is it bathroom was a little small and it gets flooded with water. But they do offer slippers so it wasn’t that bad. If we needed anything we can just WeChat the reception.
We were also the unlucky ones who had room closer to the club, was a bit noisy at night but was too tired it didn’t bother me much. They provide ear plugs if you need.
It’s not perfect, but for the price, location, service and amenities, I’d say it was worth it. Would recommend to my friends.

The entrance to the subway station is just downstairs, so you can travel however you want, very convenient.
Having said that, I brought two and a half boys, one big man, four people may be a little crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men all refused, saying that they just take a bath and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, Hygiene is also okay, because I am too tired to play, I have not experienced the projection, and the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it lights up when I move, I can’t see the light yet, I wake up when I see the light

Hotel need major renovation,as it's very old ,Carpet is very hard to maintain especially for such a old hotel and fully carpet. ROom have a very unpleasant carpet smell once u enter the room
breakfast is very normal ,tasteless
Not easy to locate as it's in the Alley and didi could only stop u at the main road as car is not accessible

SSOPHIA CHOU WEIWe stayed only 1 night and hotel was chosen due to location in the Airport. Hote is located 3mins wlk to T1. We arrived at the Hunaghua Int'l Airport T2 and you can call the hotel to arange for pick up which is bonus. The hotel also send us to the meglev station the next day. Overall it is oerfect for those who want to stay near the hotel. Room is clean too. Note: checking in was a bit challenging as we arrived at mid night and only 1 person mend the reception. we were half way doing check in when a group of China local tourist came in and they dont't wait don't queue - many of them just shoved you aside and push their ID card over to the staff for check in.
