The hotel rooms are new and modern, and both the breakfast and overall ambiance are above average. A significant highlight is its convenient location, just a little over a 10-minute walk to the South High-Speed Rail Station and major shopping malls. I especially appreciate how the hotel goes above and beyond to meet guests' various needs, truly embodying a 'customer-first' philosophy!

I chose this hotel because I was accompanying my child to an Eggy Party competition and needed a place close to both the train station and the event venue. It turned out to be a really good choice. The hotel is a convenient 7-8 minute walk from Changsha South Station and also offers a shuttle service. It's equally close (7-8 minutes walk) to Pingyang Station on Line 4, and Wuyue Plaza is just a 5-minute stroll away. The location is truly fantastic, big thumbs up! Upon checking in, we found a crack in the window glass in our room. We notified the housekeeping staff, and shortly after, a young woman came to assist us. I forgot to get her name, but I remember a cute Strawberry Bear sticker on her key card! Our original intention was just to report the broken glass, and we weren't particularly concerned about changing rooms. However, she insisted on moving us to a new room and even presented us with a complimentary fruit platter. The apples, peaches, and apricots in it were all incredibly fresh and tasty. The hotel's response to unexpected issues is truly impressive and very timely. Our room offered a view of trains arriving and departing from the station, which both my child and I thoroughly enjoyed. Another big plus! The air conditioning in the hotel elevators is incredibly strong – another definite plus! The laundry room is exceptionally well-equipped and thoughtful, featuring seven washing machines, including one specifically for children. All seven machines come with a drying function. There's also a spacious outdoor terrace with plenty of hangers, making it very convenient for air-drying clothes. What's more, key card access is required for the laundry room, adding an extra layer of security and convenience. All these aspects get another thumbs up! Breakfast was standard but satisfactory. Food items were replenished, and tables cleared very promptly, which I appreciated. Thumbs up for that too! If I had to offer one suggestion, it would be to add a friendly notice in the laundry room, politely reminding guests to retrieve their clothes promptly after washing. On my first day, when I went to do laundry, one of the seven machines was in use, and the other six, though finished, still had clothes left inside. The front desk mentioned they couldn't remove guests' belongings. I waited for ten minutes, and no one came, so I had no choice but to take out the previous users' clothes to do my own wash. While this issue stems from guest etiquette rather than hotel service, a gentle reminder from the hotel could certainly help. All in all, if I return to Changsha, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We chose this hotel for our last day in Changsha for a few reasons: its convenient proximity to the high-speed train station, the shuttle service to/from Changsha South HSR, and because it's a relatively new establishment. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival: the facilities are modern, the soundproofing is excellent, they even have robot delivery service, and the TV supports screen mirroring. What truly stood out, though, was the incredibly generous and delicious breakfast, which far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling by high-speed rail.

I booked this hotel next to the train station to catch an early train the following day. While it's a bit far from the city center, everything else was pretty good. It's also super convenient, just a six-minute walk from the subway exit. The front desk staff were quite welcoming and helpful, and the facilities seemed relatively new. Our family room had a generously sized bed, and the kids absolutely loved the small tent and building block table in the room. The bedding was very comfortable too, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast was decent, offering standard fare, but they did have small cakes which the kids enjoyed. The laundry room was equipped with a washer-dryer combo, but I found the drying cycle quite long, almost causing a rush the following morning. It was also a minor inconvenience that there was no laundry basket or bag provided in the room. The complimentary shuttle service was a definite highlight. The driver was exceptionally friendly, and even though the hotel isn't far from the train station, having the shuttle made transfers incredibly convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again if I need to catch an early train.
