Great for a couple of nights. I chose for the location near the gentrified hutongs now full of coffee shops, markets and restaurants. Surprisingly quiet, surrounded by a shopping mall with restaurants. Taxi is best to get here as the nearest metro is 15 mins walk. Self check in, collected the key from the mailbox 📫 good facilities … sometimes slow WiFi.

Thanks to Jinsuo for upgrading our room. The room was very clean and hygienic. The only regret was that there was no humidifier in the room and it was a bit dry when we slept. Luggage storage when leaving: Mavericks' service was very good and patient, and they even gave us water.
The overall experience is very good. I will choose this hotel next time. The location is convenient, not far from the subway station, and there is a small forest across the road from the door🍺 where you can play in the snow.

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve.
1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected
2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there
3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway
4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices.
We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

A hotel with a unique style. The backyard is very large in the center of Changchun. It can park many cars, but it was full when I woke up early, which shows that many people recognize this hotel. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. It was raining early and they prepared umbrellas for us. Thank you. The style is retro, but the curtains are electric and the toilet is also smart. From check-in to departure, every employee showed extremely high professionalism and enthusiasm. They not only pay attention to our needs in detail, but also work tirelessly to solve problems for us when we encounter them. They are truly not afraid of trouble and always put the comfort of their guests first. We were greeted by the waiter No. 31 and the handsome guy at the front desk who checked us in, who seemed to be No. 4. The hotel's atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel at home. This kind of considerate service not only made our journey more enjoyable, but also made us deeply feel the respect and care your hotel gives to every guest. Thanks again and will recommend to friends. This hotel is very close to the train station, and it only takes ten minutes from check-out to arrival.

TT.W.LConvenient, fuss free and comfortable hotel near the left side of the South Exit opposite the Changchun Railway Station. Breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of food choices around the hotel. There is a gym and laundry room which makes it a great base to access the Northeast part of China such as Changbaishan UNESCO site, Harbin, Dandong, Shenyang, Jilinand Yanji.
Despite being in a busy location, the hotel tries to create a relaxing environment. Room even has background/ambient music and Bluetooth for you to hook up your favourite music.
The beds come with memory pillow and a soft pillow option and the bed is not to the extent of a rock hard Asian type bed.

KKong KhenHotel is far from city centre & the closest metro station 汽车公园站 which is the end station of metro line #2, is 5mins by cab.
This hotel caters mainly for guests to the auto & technological park as the name of the area suggests.
Public bus route #30 stops by the main road next to the hotel, a five mins walk. The bus starts from the depot Changchun West a High Speed Rail or Gao-tie station. It is linked to line metro #2 .
Mini-bar is not cold & temp cannot be lowered.
The promotional Italian buffet dinner was a bad choice. Beef and prawns are tough. The spaghetti unappetising.
Hotel does not provide razor blade though there is tooth brush.

She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there.
