除了服務四星，給的都是五星，就這四星也是因為今天19號的前台態度好，幫忙處理問題才給的，18號下午4點左右上班的三位前台，再培訓一下吧，有監控和錄音吧，管理者自己聽聽，中間幾次閉嘴不言，是不想發火，繼續入住也是在附近辦事，衞生設施都可以，又不想折騰了，要不是因為今天前台還挺好，我是要給服務一星差評的，這年頭經濟不好，還這麼服務，真是夠嗆，對了，實在感覺不到，上隔壁吃個羊蠍子火鍋，看看旁邊怎麼服務的
