The main building has a good image. The rooms in the annex building are renovated apartments, but the facilities inside the rooms are complete and clean. Loved this place! Very centrally located and within walking distance to all that downtown Chandler has to offer - restaurants, shopping, etc. The rooms are clean, the bedding comfortable, and staff professional and friendly. Hotel amenities are excellent and the restaurant food quality is outstanding! Definitely planning on staying here next time in town!

We were in town for a wedding. Nice place with friendly staff, clean rooms, and close walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff gave us great recommendations where to visit for food. We will be back with more family for the holidays. We all can stay close together

This hotel is very clean. The service person is caring and at tentative. The location is great. I will definitely come back to stay when I am in the area. This IHG hotel standard makes me to select more for IHG hotel chain even I don’t normally select this chain. After all, this is a great hotel.

Not my first stay here at Crowne Plaza Resort Phoenix-Chandler Golf. Hotel staff have always been welcoming, friendly and courteous. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and inviting. Minor issues/concerns are addressed immediately (ran out of bath gel in shower). Hotel is a short drive from airport, within walking distance of the corporate office and many great restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

The room was very clean except for a toilet seat (looked like the water backed up and left large dried stains on the lid, not that it hadn't been cleaned), but the front desk sent somebody over promptly to clean it for me. No microwave in the room, but they delivered one to my room upon request. Nice staff at front desk.

This historic hotel is full of desert charm. It is in the heart of vibrant downtown Chandler yet features spacious courtyards and unobstructed views. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The amenities good and staff very friendly. We will be back!
