1) Ashoka Grand is a very nice and lovely resort where you can spend your time peacefully. 2) The staff & the management is very cooperative. 3)Food is good , just like you eat at home.🏕️❤️ So far Ashoka Grand turned out to be our best stay in Himaçhal. It was an amazing experience staying in Fortune Park Dalhousie. The staff was very courteous and always ensures to assist with a smile. The property is well maintained and gives a very luxurious feel. The room is cosy and very clean with all amenities which you can get in a 5 star hotel. The deck view is awesome and gives a panoramic view of the entire landscape and lush green mountains 🏔️ filled with deodar trees. Literally you don’t have to go to Switzerland. The food is absolutely delightful and the overall restaurant vibes is excellent . Restaurant’s staff is also courteous and always ensures you are attended as a when required. They have kids play area, swimming pool and many more things like Library hall , evening recreational activities . The hotel is around 3 km from the Mall Road ( main market ) Overall we really liked our stay here and would recommend to families , couples etc.

Thank you the white orchid team for the excellent service. It was great stay and really happy with the service that has been provided to us. I liked the room location of the hotel and the best thing was staff was really good cheerful, really helpful. If you are reading this I am sure you also want your Dalhousie trip to be one of your best journeys. Well, for me it was. I travelled to Dalhousie and the famous places nearby in the first week of November. Yes, it is an off-season but you can never get enough of the perennial beauty and tranquility of mountains. A mountain expedition has always been an adventurous trip but this time it was more special for me not only because I was travelling with my friends but also because of our place of stay ”Zostel Banikhet”. When we were planning our tour I wasn't rooting for this place but as soon as we arrived there, all the negative comments I read on the internet and all of my doubts vanished in seconds. This place has everything we were looking for great location, a swimming pool, bonfire, projector, card games, guitar, and beautiful rooms with a mountain view all this at a decent price. Amazing... right!! All thanks to our gracious host 'Rohan' who helped us with everything. He arranged a personal cab for us to travel to Khajjiar, D ainkund, Chamera, and Dalhousie. He took us on a beautiful sunset trek, we saw constellations in the night, made 'sarso ka saag' for us, and believe me 'samosas' of banikhet is a must try also most importantly he kept us updated with cricket's live score. I was overwhelmed by our welcome in banikhet. Our host and people there are really friendly. So if you are travelling with friends and want your journey to be as memorable as mine you should definately consider giving a shot to ”Zostel Banikhet”.

GGuest UserLovely place, spacious rooms and excellent service. We did not have a 'room with a view', yet the passages are large enough to hang out and enjoy the mountains and the setting sun. The open air restaurant and its wood-fired pizza make the time spent memorable. On one of the days, the towels and napkins were not replaced during room-service, but they did it after we called the reception. A strongly recommended place if you want to spend time at Dalousie.

Food was very good. They served us with special himachali thali and v rat thali. Restaurant staff was nice and hence over all experience was awesome.

The property is located in close proximity to the Gandhi Chowk, main tourist hub in Dalhousie, and offers stunning panoramic views of the mountains. We could see great landscape from our bed. It has ample parking space, which I have heard can be a problem with many other hotels in Dalhousie. The hotel staff, right from managers to housekeeping and servers are professional,polite and cooperative. The food served is yummy and portions are good. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking at an reasonably priced room with great views and close to the market.

GGuest UserThe hotel at best is below average and not at all value for money. The best thing was we had booked it only for a day so our trip was saved as our next hotel was amazing.... Regarding this one...You can smell the rusty and oldness of the furniture and entire structure. The property has outlived its life l. We had booked double deluxe room with balcony view but it was sub standard and even the view wasn't good as you get to see people drinking and speaking loudly in nearby properties. The common terrace is used to dry clothes and for drinks during evening which is really bothersome of you are with your family. The washrooms do not have exhaust and there is a drain nearby. Thr only good thing was few of the staff was cooperative and courteous.
