The property is perched at a location which is a green respite. Also the staff espc at restaurants have been wonderful Special mention to Ms Riya Kar managing the restaurant and Ms Tamalika in restaurant. The proximity ti famous spots and views to die for is a proper point, Rooms are spacious and food is awesome

This is a beautiful and peaceful place where you can enjoy the scenic beauty of the trees, open grassy fields and the peace and quiet of nature. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big with two big beds and a wonderful back porch where you can sit and enjoy spending time out in nature. It also has a really nice swimming pool, and a small pool for younger kids. Also there is a small indoor play area for smaller children and an outdoor playground for all kids. As well as a game room where you can play caroms, ping pong and many board games. The only negative of the place is the cost of the food in the restaurant. The food is good but it is very expensive.

It has been several months , We have been communicating with Mr Somnath regarding our Reunion at Sinclairs Chalsa . The way He responded in planning things at any point of time during day and night and Cooperated at every step is definitely praiseworthy . The way Sinclairs Chalsa has been renovated with a huge Auditorium and Greenary is a matter of pride for the people of North Bengal and is a perfect destination for people from all over the Country . The rooms in the resort are large and very comfortable with 2 Queen beds . Ria , a confident eversmiling lady who was incharge of Food and Services has taken care of Us extremely well , created a homely atmosphere and consistently done her job perfectly well which is at par with best of the best Resorts in the Country and much beyond our expectations. Food was awesome. Mr Arup and Mr Balaram has also cooperated with us at every step . I also thank all other staff whose services were essential to make our program a grand success. All my best wishes to Sinclairs Chalsa which lead Tourism at Dooars to a different height . Thank you once again . 🙏 One small suggestion, there must be some contact person during night who can be available for any urgent needs . 🙏

Its pleasure to stay in Sinclairs Retreat Dooars, Chalsa. Room and spacious, clean and comfortable. Foods are excellent and hygiene. Staff are friendly and professional. Huge spaces for outdoor activities, fields, gardens, children parks and swimming pool. A perfect place to spent with family and friends.

There is the excellent experience with Mr. Arup Sarkar (GM) and Miss. Riya (F&B) for coordination the holl event successfully completed on 14th Sep'24. The services from hotel staff is good, excellent facility with greenery surrounding with, games facility was there, swimming pool, table tenis, a big lawn, walk path and enjoyed staying over for 3 nights. So nice place to stay and take rest from hectic daily routine work.

We were really pleased with our stay as it is a very nice resort with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights .The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly,helpful and courteous.

It was nice experience. I am very much happy the behaviour of all stuffs.Riya madam and all supporting stuffs including reception,canteen,cleaning etc all are very much helpful. When we will come in future, your hotel will be our best choice. Just one suggestion I have,that is if you pls cut the grasses in children park,it will be much more safety for children.
