Morning coffee on the roof-top watching the sunrise over the beach ... stunning. The rooms were well equipped with what you would need to cook. The bed was comfy and great towels. The new pool overlooking the ocean was a perfect addition. The staff was very friendly. Listening to the ocean waves at night was the "cherry on the top". A perfect getaway to do something or nothing....

Location can't be beat. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Comforttable bed. Dated but great value. Loved the Mexican feel and decore. Roof top deck is wonderful with an amazing view. Close to restaurants and amazing beach.

Excellent location near the beach. Friendly staff.Fantastic beach and restaurants around. A very nice terrace on the villa for sunset. Breakfast at a very near location fantastic .We will return again soon!

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Ein paar Schritte und man ist am wunderschönen Strand und im Dorf. Das Haus ist sehr schön, allerdings hat man nur von der Dachterrasse aus einen Meerblick, nicht von den Zimmern. Perfekt eingerichtete Zimmer inklusive aller Küchengeräte, Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine etc., so dass man sich hier selbst versorgen könnte. Wasser und Kaffee werden von der Unterkunft gestellt. Für den Strand stellt die Unterkunft gratis Klappstühle, Sonnenschirm und Badelaken zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider sind die Fotos des Zimmers, das wir gebucht haben, stark geschönt. Als wir darauf hinwiesen und baten, uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, wurde uns der Rauswurf angedroht!!! Im Endeffekt durften wir bleiben, haben sogar ein besseres Zimmer bekommen. Trotzdem war dies eine richtig schlechte Erfahrung. Der Hahn des Nachbarn weckte uns täglich um 5.00 Uhr. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider überhaupt nicht. Dies gilt besonders für die älteren Zimmer und die im Erdgeschoss, die so gut wie kein Tageslicht bekommen.

Prime location on the Malecon, just 20 steps from the peaceful beach of Chacala. And two minutes from the excellent bakery breakfast/lunch place at the end of the walkway. Spacious studio units with good kitchens. A large patio overlooking the bay, another near the back and a big palapa on the roof with nice views and BBQ. Well managed, clean and excellent staff who made us feel comfortable every day in our two weeks. Although close to the beach, it was very quiet, even on the busier weekends. We will return.

We have been coming to Chacala for almost twenty years. We have ONLY ever stayed at Villa Celeste! We love everything about it...the location, the "vibe," the architecture, the beauty, and, especially, all the people who work there to make it such an intimate and easy visit. Thanks to Jon, Jonah, Jessi, Rafa, Matador, and Vanessa. We consider VC as our home-away-from-home!
