Especially the service attitude is extremely bad. Don't book this LRGO hotel.
After six o'clock in the afternoon, the room was no longer available and the door was locked. When I called the check-in number at the door, the receptionist was rude: no room was available after the time, and the paid room payment could not be refunded. Very unfriendly. STAY AWAY from this hotel!!! The hotel will not let you check in after 6 pm. even though you call them in advance. They were aware that we will arrive half an hour late but they just don’t let us check in and also refuse to refund. We found out that they also scammed other people.

We were staying in a triple room for 2 nights on October 4th. The rom/prg flight that day was delayed, the flight was delayed, the flight was delayed. The hotel told us that they could not let us check in because it was past the check-in time. We arrived a bit early and were able to check in which was great. Room was spacious, updated and clean. We stayed in off season and the room was very quiet. Breakfast had a variety of yogurts, cereal, meat/cheese platter and eggs. Easy walk to the castle and the cathedral. Would stay here again.

Excelent service,quite, clean,nice room ,we we're after season so no noise from the street. Parking area is 4 minute walk. Very convince. Recommend to visit this amazing city. Staff Speak english and they've polite and helpful. We enjoyed the staying .

Amazing attention before arriving from the Pension, sending messages and calling me, to notify about closing check-in at 18:00z Great service by check-in, got our room upgraded. Newly furnished, very clean, spacious and lots of light in the room. Lobby area is very small, but still gives one a cozy feeling. Breakfast is enorm, omelette was delicious. Toiletries choice is rather limited, so if you prefer a good shampoo for your hair, better take it with you.

We loved the location of the hotel, the airiness and size of the room. The copious breakfast featured many options and was delicious. Staff was welcoming and helpful (we were able to borrow two umbrellas during our rainy stay). The rooms were very clean and quiet. We were impressed by attention paid to details, such as the inclusion of a magnifying mirror superimposed on a main mirror or the presence of a small bottle of rubbing alcohol in the bathroom. We loved our stay!
