Certainly good value for money. Brand new mattress, made of high density foam, hence very rigid. Short walking distance to city. Centre.

Due to massive flooding in the region the hotel was not accessible and damaged during my trip. I reached out to the reception upfront to cancel my reservation but they refused though they were closed and it was literally impossible to go there !!? I even proposed to postpone my booking as a compromise, but they also refused. This hotel has no respect for their clients nor for customer laws. Avoid them at all costs, they are dishonest.

Quando arrivi in hotel ti chiedono subito il pagamento. Mi è sembrato strano ma ho pagato. Solo dopo aver visto la stanza ho capito la richiesta del pagamento anticipato. Stanza in condizioni PIETOSE, SPORCA, DATATA, COPERTA INDECENTE.....PER NON PARLARE DEL BAGNO. Mi sono rifiutato di dormire in un simile posto. Sono sceso in reception e ho chiesto il rimborso. È intervenuto il proprietario che in malo modo ha rifiutato il rimborso. Gli ho lasciato l'elemosina di quanto pagato e non usufruito. Meditate prima di pagare e vedete la stanza. Mi meraviglio come le autorità competenti di Cesena non intervengono

RUMORE tanto RUMORE… 2 notti da incubo… la prima notte stanza rumorosa a causa di altri utenti MALEDUCATI e a causa dello scorrere di acqua dalle tubazioni, la seconda notte camera diversa di fianco all’ascensore RUMORE tutte le salite e discese, oltre al RUMORE sempre provocato dalle tubazione dell’acqua e altro RUMORE provocato penso dalla caldaia, di conseguenza notte INSONNE cioè da incubo…. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO
