Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare la strada giusta perchè il residence è nella stessa struttuta del Ristorante Hotel terzo crotto e le indicazioni esterne non sono chiarissime. Comunque la palazzina è inserita in un bel parco e si può parcheggiare all'interno di esso al costo di 10 euro.Il monolale è ampio, la zona cucinino è arredatadi tutto punto, i letti sono comodissimi. Il bagno ha anche la lavatrice e la struttura della doccia era pulitissima. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione ( a buffet 10 euro a testa servita nell'attiguo ristorante). La posizione è davvero comoda per raggiungere il lungolago e il centro di Cernobbio. Ci tornerò volentieri.

Overall nice stay. Great location, just 5 minute walk to lake and very quiet. Lots of restaurants in proximity, secure parking (10 euros per day) and per friendly (5 euros per day). Room was large and functional, really comfy bed and we had a kitchenette with limited plates, pots and cutlery. Bathroom was good, had a shower and a washing machine. We stayed here for 4 nights and it it doesn’t present itself as the life of luxury, but it’s clean and central and we really enjoyed it. Price was also very reasonable for Cernobbio. They have a restaurant and a bar but we never visited them. Decent option if you have a pet, even great without

Sono stato con mia moglie lo scorso weekend nel residence Cernobbio,in occasione della visita sul lago di Como,ottima posizione del residence, proprietario molto disponibile, pulizia perfetta dei locali e prezzo conforme alle aspettative e locali spaziosi, orari ottimi di check-in e check-out, possibilità di parcheggio di fronte al residence a €5 al giorno
