도로와 인접하고, 주차장이 건물바로앞이라서, 가방꺼내옮기기 좋았어요. 그런데, 와이파이가 약하고, 욕실사이즈는 안작은데 샤워부스가 너무 작고, 청소상태가 좋지않았어요.

Seconda volta in questo hotel.
Prima volta,( capitati per caso) tutto perfetto, accoglienza, camera (110) etc..
Seconda volta, accoglienza fredda ma cordiale (altra receptionist), camera super rumorosa (118) con musica della vicina discoteca nelle orecchie fino a circa le 3 del mattino.
Bagno con doccia rotta (bagno allagato) e doccino non fissato.
Francamente ci sentiamo di consigliare questo hotel perché il personale è di una gentilezza disarmante! Il signore che si occupa della colazione di una cortesia e proattività che difficilmente si trova!

Una pessima esperienza
Gestione hotel pessima, impossibile dalla gestione attuale la benchè minima collaborazione per la gestione delle prenotazioni. Hotel con tariffe troppo alte per il suo livello e con offerte con condizioni troppo restrittive! Meglio evitare di avere a che fare con questo hotel visto il modo in cui vengono trattati i clienti

Esperienza terribile, ci è stata data una camera al piano terra, sporchissima e con un odore stantio di sporco, moquette a dir poco inquietante e cuscini macchiati, in bagno nemmeno un sapone… Vi consiglio di visionare la camera prima del pagamento perché rifiutano il rimborso. Colazione pessima, alle 7:30 del mattino i croissant finiti e bisognava aspettare la cottura degli altri, quindi se si vuole optare per fette biscottate e marmellata l’unica scelta è la confettura di frutti esotici, il salato… niente bacon con l’uovo ma prosciutto secco come una suola. Personale”femminile “ del bar molto scortese. Che dire, soggiorno da incubo!!!

Davvero bello, pulito e confortevole, la stanza era comoda, un po' piccola, sembrava più grande dalle foto, però impeccabile nella pulizia. Il personale davvero gentile e accogliente. La colazione variegata e tutto davvero molto buono!

Hotel verso il quale avevo poche aspettative, ma la zona non offre molte alternative. Accoglienza da parte del personale della reception eccellente, e anche al ceck out personale disponibile. Note dolenti: rumorosità della stanza, per tutta la notte è stato presente ininterrottamente un rumore di sottofondo fastidioso simile ad un impianto di aerazione. Pulizia della stanza decisamente migliorabile: la porta del bagno era piena di impronte di ospiti precedenti (come da foto), il che non lascia ben sperare riguardo l’attenzione dedicata alla pulizia.
