The room was very good, clean. The RER A is 15 minutes away on foot as well as the shops. There is also a lake next to the hotel, very nice.

My wife and I stayed at Cowool Cergy in August 2024. Temperature outside 30 degrees, inside in our room even hotter. Several complaints about the 'airco' (floorcooling) but no solution at all. Several complaints to the manager. No reaction. Mails to the manager...no reaction. And we were not the only guests that were complaining....:-). Very, very small room. Appart 20. Breakfast terrible. Filthy cups and cutlery. Food mediocre. No 24h frontdesk. No safe feeling in the neighboorhood. People at the frontdesk are friendly. Conclusion: Dont stay here!

Terrible!!! I should have checked the reviews!! Its expensive for what it is. They spent money decorating the lobby and forgot about the rooms. There IS NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!! I went in summer and I couldn't sleep at all. They kept promising to bring me a fan every day and never happened... I didnt even get a fan with 30 degrees in summer!!! The room's window went straight to the parking lot and they gave me a first floor, so everyone could see me from outside and I would hear every conversation and all the cars coming and going.

Le positif : l'emplacement et la literie correcte. Pour le reste, c'est une catastrophe. Nous étions un grand groupe et la prise en charge a été déplorable. Attente de plus de 2 heures pour avoir les badges des chambres qui en plus ne fonctionnaient pas une fois sur 2. Le manager qui s'en prend à une de ses collaboratrice pendant 10 minutes et une autre qui veut nous faire visiter les lieux. Je pense qu'il aurait été plus efficace que ces 3 personnes bossent pour nous donner les badges des chambres que nous attendions. Le top du top : si vous souhaitez prendre une bonne douche, faites le au milieu de la nuit, sinon vous risquez de ne pas avoir d'eau du tout, surtout si vous êtes au 3e étage ! La climatisation ne fonctionne pas. La musique mise à fond tôt le matin Petit dejeuner bof bof. Bref, passez votre chemin, il y a bien mieux ailleurs
