Wow!!!! What an absolute gem of a place! We will most definitely be returning when in the area again! We loved the beautiful surroundings, gardens and architecture with the most exquisite artworks throughout. Attention to detail was most appreciated. The comfortable beds with block out blinds and absolute peacefulness at night allowed for a wonderful nights rest. The breakfast in the morning was 5 star, most delicious offerings and excellent coffee. The hosts and staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We cannot wait to return! A little piece of paradise!

Bastion House is centrally located in Pretoria, offers safe parking and luxurious rooms. They serve a hearty breakfast and I can recommend this facility to anyone visiting Pretoria.

Extremely neat and clean and well maintained. Beautiful tranquil gardens and dining area. Very peaceful and the staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast was also very good. Thank you Lelanie and staff we will be back again in the future.

Bastion house is an excellent guest house .The interior decoration is exceptional, rooms are luxurious and comfortable and the location is ideal for any person visiting Pretoria and surrounding areas. I can recommend it to anyone looking for upmarket accommodation.

Nice rooms, everything is clean, nicely decorated. The people there are very warm and friendly. You can relax in the inner courtyard, it is a nice place to be. Nice breakfast buffet where you can also have nice omelettes (or something similar) fried, various coffees, also a nice place to be. I really enjoyed being there.

Very good place to stay in. Rooms are clean and safe. Especially the ones with a mezzanine floor are excellent. The owner couple is very hospitable. Breakfast is very good. The walls are made of stone with beautiful paintings. You may feel a bit cold at nights due to the stone walls. Overall you are in for a great stay

Very comfy rooms. Love the decor and tranquil gardens. The Breakfast Very good. Lovely fruit selection you don't often get fresh figs and raspberries. The staff are efficient and friendly, especially Johanna.
