"The Old Moulin is a genuine family institution in Centuri, a charming, authentic and warm address where family incomes are transmitted from generation to generation. The inputs were delicious, we all tasted them and we gave them! The meals and sauces are especially finished. My favorite meal remains incontestably the pasta with the gambas and the safran: a real delicious! The chef Marie-Pierre Alessandrini's kitchen is perfectly mastered, generous and well run. The hotel also has a huge charm and helps to make the Old Moulin an uncontournable address of Centuri, where you always come back with a lot of pleasure."
