Overall, I was quite satisfied. The hotel is a bit old, and rooms facing the road can be a little noisy.

Excellent hotel, a bit old-fashioned but very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We needed a hotel near the station, which we easily reached on foot in 15 minutes. Recommended.

The hotel's location is pretty good. Since my next stop was by train, it's only about a 10-15 minute walk to Gambir train station. Major attractions like Independence Square and museums are also within a 20-30 minute walk. Plus, there's a KFC and a FamilyMart right next door.

99 points. I liked it. The safety deposit box in the room is poorly located. It's too high, and I almost forgot to retrieve my passport. There are three elevators with two control panels in between. However, these two panels operate independently, so I ended up pressing both. This resulted in two elevators arriving simultaneously. It took 90 seconds for hot water to come out of the shower in the room. Please fix the curtain hooks. If you don't want to be charged 5000 RP by Grab taxi, I recommend ordering a taxi outside the hotel premises. After checking out, I received an email asking for feedback. I replied, and got a response three hours later, which is commendable. However, upon reading the email carefully, I felt like it was written by an AI, and that there was no real intention to improve. It blamed engineers and put everything on others. The manager should fix it themselves. I assume the email was just sent for formality's sake.

Everything was excellent. Only the service in the restaurant could be a bit better. Some staff members are not very friendly and helpful.
