Location is not good and in congested area. Cleanliness was very poor. Food was ok. Mattresses were not cleaned.

Room was not neat. Fully dusty. They do not clean properly. We stayed for 4 days. Bed sheet changing is not proper. They just turn the bed sheet upside down. Neatness matters a lot for a family to choose a hotel which is not satisfied in delhi pride hotel.

Hotel stay was good. Room provided with early check-in as well. There is just one feedback - kindly improve the cleaning and dusting of rooms as dust was problematic especially when ac turned on. Use room freshner as well. Overall it was good stay. Staff are very good.

It was wonderful property in proper location and food ***** with service was great and especially mr ganesh was very courteous and helpful to us.
