The hotel is in a building, you have to take a very small elevator to the 9th floor to see the very cramped reception desk, except for the 2 noisy 3-person hostel rooms next to the reception desk, the rest of the rooms have to go upstairs and there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs. 700 yuan a night to stay in a hostel, and there is hair on the quilt, I'm really crazy

Good location, poor condition.
Broken toilet seat, flooded shower room, poorly kempt bedrooms, bad housekeeping. I complained and fortunately the manager changed my room to a different one that didn’t have a broken toilet seat. However, I certainly won’t be staying at this hotel again. If I am to return to Sarajevo again, I will ensure I stay at a good hotel, this was possible one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. One positive though were the views from the bedrooms.
