The front desk upgraded our room when we checked in. The view and room were very comfortable. The breakfast included many local specialties, fresh ingredients and attentive service. The swimming pool was also very clean and comfortable.

The view from the window is really nice, and the room is also nice, but it is really not worth the price. The breakfast is basically at the level of the All Seasons. The service is not up to par with Swissotel.

The service is very good, the front desk speaks good English, and there is parking service. There is a shopping center nearby

Towels I didn’t use none so can’t say anything
Daily clean is done
Everything is around you
The best part is you have a big mall next to you & also a tram that takes you direct to the old town.
Swimming pool & spa amazing
My only concern is the breakfast time & the service that is provided Customer . Service is 0. It needs to be improved & staff need to be well trained & understand what is customer service. Otherwise its a place to be.
