Calido Maris Hotel Ultra All Inclusive

We loved this place and dont listen to planks on Facebook who have put this hotel down put you off, the hotel was very clean , we had the 2 bedroom family room which was spacious and clean and cleaned everyday , the pool area was good plenty of space and loungers , entertainment team well they made you feel like family and very welcome ,just get involved for the fun ,lunch time food was good something to eat at lunch but dinner time was repetitive same thing every day bit boring but eating by pool at lunch did it , sonny and the boy at cocktail bar at pool was very nice and does healthy drinks ,(at cost ) , hotel has no atm/ cash machine and it's 40 min walk to one but than not a issue would not recommend taking children as it the busy main road you walk down , i wouldn't recommend using the shop where they sell cigarettes, he charges 3 times more for using your card which is ripping people off , shoe shop and gold shop all good with card with 1 euro charge for using it and not 3 times what you would if you had cash but cigarettes and gifts and sweets ect can be got at store out side hotel 5 mins away , spar was good staff who walk about was kind and welcoming ,beach was good plenty of seating and sun beds beach has jet ski's and paragliding to , All in all the hotel ,our family loved and was made to feel good and happy by most the staff and great entertainment team, we will be going back to calido maris hotel ,good job guys for a great holiday and great experience

Hotel and staff were fantastic, everything you could hope for on a family holiday. Food, good and available all day, as long as you remember you're not going to get bacon and sausages like we do at home. All inclusive drinks, non stop and far too much alcohol, so no complaints from me. Now the down sides, which were not down to the hotel. Listed as side (seeday) but actually 25 minutes taxi ride or 2 buses, or 40 minutes taxi to alanya. Very little in between so great if you just want to lie on a sunbed. Hotel rep Rio - sold us 3 trips, none of which were as described and one on a Sunday didn't even exist. Conveniently took Sunday off so couldn't discuss refund knowing we were flying back on Monday. Now going though chargeback process for full amount. Sun express airline, very uncomfortable seats and didn't realise you had to pay to book a seat on online check-in - paid for outgoing, which was listed in gbp but charged in euros so included 3% conversion fee (should've used monzo) - didn't pay on return flight so 4 out of 6 sat together, 1 was at the front and 1 at the back. No reason as there was plenty of space on the plane. Hotel fantastic, paid service providers very poor.

I went to this hotel in October 2021. The reason i came back for a review is to thank the physiotherapist at the hotel. I do not recall his name, but he changed my life for the better. He was very direct regading my terrible fitness condition. He went that far to tell me that if i didnt take any measures, once i am over 40 building muscle will be difficult..then i will suffer a lot from back and neck pain. At that time i found that to be offending...however i think i got offended because i knew he was right. As soon as i came back to Switzerland. I subscribed to gym. Never stopped since and i go 4 times a week. In addition pay attention to nutritian. Finally got 6 pack for the first time in my life. So thank you and i wish i knew his name and send a Thank You Card. Respectfully Liridon

We stayed here in October 2024 and had a great stay. The staff are all very friendly & helpful. The hotel was extremely clean, our rooms were cleaned everyday with clean towels. I would recommend Calido Maris to anyone. 5 star stay ⭐️ The entertainment staff were great got everyone involved.
