I stay at this hotel often. My favorite front desk worker is the redhead who goes by Jes. She has always works so hard to provide the most amazing experience. Her customer service is out of this world evrrytime i stayed. She is very attentive. Goes out of her way to meet all accommodations. Anything we have ever asked of her, she has delivered. She has always been a delight. I was checking out today (July 9, 2022) and I think she just got there but all I could hear was the owner yelling at her and I seen her leave crying. The people around me just went silent listening to it. She was yelling at her the moment she walked in. She came in with a smile then left crying and I was truly taken back by it. That broke my wife's heart seeing that girl be destroyed like that. Not to mention yesterday (July 8th) the owner and whoe I belive is her husband and the other owner were non stop arguing and yelling at each other. Anyone in a room by that desk could hear. This is not the first time we have heard those two disturb the gyest with their yelling. The idian lady is always yelling at all her employees and doesnt know what she is talking about Half the time. I really wonder if something is mentally wrong with that woman. I couldn't help but feel bad for the girl working being in the middle of it the two owners arguing. I think her name is Jessica too (not the girl who was yelled at and left crying today, this one has short brownish hair). The owners of this place and the way they treat their employees is sickening. One time I stayed all week and the Jes girl who was getting yelled at this morning worked then entire time. I could tell she was exhausted and over worked. Almost everytime I have checked in she was the one but she did it all with a smile. I feel very saddened by this all but I can not ethically support this hotel any longer seeing how they treat their employees especially after the yelling that took place this morning. I think the Indian lady who is the owner goes by Charlene? She needs to be out of that place. To see her treat such a great employee like that this morning was downright unethical. I just hope that girl is alright and gets a job that treats her the way she deserves. Hard enough finding good employees these days, you would think one wouldn't be yelling at them. Nobody deserves that. And the guests shouldn't be subjected to hearing arguing at the place theyre supposed to be able to relax in. Especially between the two owners who I believe is husband and wife. Morgan the manager was also a pleasure every checkout. I cannot say the same for the indian woman whos always high strung and yelling at everyone. I just can't get over how they are treating their employees. I do not think I'll be back at this place again. I'll make sure none of my employees who are a huge part of their busisness stay there anymore either.
