Location is good just walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants and supermarket. Staff is nice, professional and friendly. The hotel is a bit old and some of the areas including the pool is under renovation.
Rooms are large. Clean sheets and comfortable bed. Aircon is too loud. Need to wait while running the water around 10 minutes for hot shower. Furniture is old. The refrigerator needs to go into a junk yard it is all rusty. Bathroom floor is slanted doesn’t get dry after a shower. Our toilet paper roll was totally soaked it was of no use. Need to be careful while washing the bathroom to not get the that wet. There was ironing facility in the room. Considering the location, this hotel is recommended

They had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. Easy check in and check out. Rhe place is very accessible to the city center where shoppings places located. Surely worth it the price, affordable and convenient.

The problem is the air conditioning need to fix the air adjustment which is broken, the water heater is not properly working during the time of my stay.

We booked a deluxe room for 2 nights at this hotel. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We were given a room where the faucet and shower were rusty and the toilet was dirty with brown stains. The toilet lid was wobbly and almost broken. The storage area for cosmetic items was the toilet cistern. The view of the backyard with old dirty corrugated iron roofs. The rusted steel windows smeared with paint. The facility as from bulky waste. holes in the walls. The closet was so dirty that you couldn't use it. That's called a grand hotel with deluxe rooms. I wouldn't book here again, even for a gift.

We had the same experience as others regarding the hotel being clean and healthy... I got bitten by a cockroach THAT WAS IN MY BED! The hotel didn't react in a professional way so they do not get our monthly business. It compares to the city dump and management is non existant..
