1. 위치: 세부시티 중심가에 위치. 클럽과 가까움. 식당 및 편의점이 가까움
2. 청결도: 훌륭하지는 않지만 부족하지도 않은 청결도
3. 서비스: 매우 불친절함. 체크아웃 시 고객이 따로 말 하지 않으면 보증금(Deposit)을 돌려주지 않음. 보증금은 현금만 가능
4. 시설: 화장실 샤워기 고장, 침대 옆 가구 유리 파손

The location is good for access to various shopping malls, and all Filipinos know Castle Pick. The location was good, but the shower was fixed and very dirty. The Wi-Fi was so weak that I just used data. I told the front desk several times, but nothing changed.

The room is very spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff is polite. It is my first choice hotel in Cebu. There is also a restaurant and bar in the hotel. It is very convenient and there is no noise. It feels like home here.

It is impossible to turn on the light in the toilet at night if it is not turned on in the room. Washed bed linen. Instead of the additional blanket requested, they gave a duvet cover and also wanted money for it, but apologized for the misunderstanding

Little things like being double charged for a coffee, made me feel uneasy here.
Mainly didn’t like Cebu City itself, glad to leave asap.
