Rispidez no atendimento do balcão, muito barulho, descarga do apartamento ao lado, pessoas andando e conversando no corredor, a música do salão onde serve a alimentação, parece dentro do quarto., Tv pequena, o quarto nao tem cheiro de limpeza. Mas o que pior já me aconteceu em todos esses anos e de todo lugar que já fui, foi O berço que disponibilizaram pro meu bebê. Devem ter ido buscar no antiquario ou numa casa abandonada, porque estava num estado inadmissível, impensável, absurdo. Falta cordialidade, querer atender bem.

Hotel que já deve der visto dias melhores, a construção é belíssima porém falta conservação: piscina com aspecto de suja, marcas de sujidade nos interruptores dos quartos e paredes, café da manhã bem simples, com cesto de maçãs a maioria delas podres e murchas!!!!!! cadeiras, do restaurante, com sujidade de pássaros que transitam por todo o salão..... Equipe simpática ,atenciosa e muito prestativa. Não há, sequer, bebedouros pelo hotel - sendo que é uma cidade com várias fontes de água mineral! Diárias não são baratas não vale o que se paga. Para nós foi uma experiência frustrante tanto que antecipamos nosso retorno.

Só não recebeu 5 pois o hotel é centenário e as mobílias são um tanto antigas, mas muito bem conservadas e limpas! Infraestrutura imponente e maravilhosa. Muitas salas para convenções, piscina semi olímpica, sauna muito boa com o atendente sempre cordial e educado. Os funcionários do hotel são todos muito educados também. Camareiras perfeitas e no café da manhã, almoço e jantar o destaque foi total para a Luiza e o Rodrigo, o Xará! Muito obrigado e até a próxima!!! Um forte abraço a todos!!!

Lugar super agradável, de uma beleza rara. Hotel bem cuidado, atendimento nota 10. Muitas opções de lazer, sala de jogos, sauna, piscina.
Os banheiros precisam ser reformados. Não tem nem ducha higiênica. Ainda é bidê.

O hotel Gloria Caxambu tem muita história, uma construção antiga, dos anos de 1920, com excelente estrutura e muito bem limpo. A localização é de frente ao parque das águas e do famoso balneário de Caxambu. O quarto é grande e confortável, mas, precisa de reformas e atualizações. O hotel tem uma piscina espetacular, mas não é aquecida. Tem um Spa com boa estrutura e uma excelente sauna a vapor. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, é muito simples pela estrutura do hotel. O Hotel tem como principal ocupação, excursões de terceira idade. O serviço é prestativo e atencioso.

Facade and gardens look lovely, social areas are beautifully decorated and furnished
Bedrooms have not been modernised in decades, bathrooms very limited, old TV, precarious Internet connection, old and noisy air conditionig, old and hard towels
Huge swimming pool, but the condition of the water was not ideal
Basic breakfast, no food in hotel from Mondays to Wednesdays
The enormous hotel was empty, we counted some five or six other guests - an eerie experience
Although Waters Park opens every day, the SPA inside the park does not open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
