Excellent, affordable, and very clean is all you need when looking for a quick night's rest or an extended stay. Helpful and friendly staff for any questions or concerns. And an added bonus is the area is quiet and out of the way. I know if you choose them you wont regret it.

The pillows are amazing. The suites are spotless and everything you could want for shopping and eating is very close by. Jean, the hotel manager is wonderful. She is a sweetheart and will do anything that she can to make your stay amazing and enjoyable. We’ve been here for about three weeks now and she has just been the most wonderful person. Do not pass this gem of a hotel up when you’re in Roanoke, Virginia you’ll be glad you stayed here. We’ve stayed at several properties here and every single one of them are fantastic.

The bed is ultimate in comfort and the room is very quiet and clean. Our manager Tim is very polite and always asks if there is anything I need. Also Tim come up with a way for us to save by paying room rate on time.

I stayed in this excellent place for 10 days this November 2023. I loved the location, the apartment so cozy equipped with everything, enough space for everything. Has laundry room, a gazebo, I loved the yards and the view. But what I loved the most was Geene's (Administrator) willing to assist every guest, it has an excellent and quality service, also the housekeeper was very willing. This place was beyond my expectations.

I stayed at Affordable Corporate Suites on Lanford St for over a year, and I have nothing but great things to say about the experience. The property manager Pam is attentive to guests' needs, the property itself is well kept and quiet, and rooms are cleaned very well once per week and equipped with everything one might require for a short or long stay (this includes furniture, kitchen items, wireless Internet access, and a smart TV with excellent cable selection and a DVD player). On the infrequent occasions that I needed something out of the ordinary--a different piece of furniture or additional kitchen items--Pam was very willing to accommodate. I recommend ACS on Lanford highly!

Very Clean Room and Quite at night. Office staff was a pleasure to work with. Parking Lot was always clean and Laundry Room on site was always clean and awesome being located on property. Thank you very much for a great stay. Highly recommend this Property close to Mall, Restaurants & Airport.

The staff are wonderful to deal. The area is safe. The accommodations for the cost or unbeatable, and in suite kitchenettes compounds savings by cooking food vs. dining out. Don't let the corporate portion of the business name throw you; this should be something anyone: individuals, families & vacationers use while in Roanoke.

The best kept secret in Roanoke scenic wooded secluded area very quiet properties well maintained staffs very attentive there is a Buddhist temple across the street haven't stayed in multiple similar corporate suites definitely check into this one if you're in Roanoke.

The room was large, comfortable and clean! The location was quiet and peaceful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the kitchen cupboards and microwave were too high for me to reach at only 5' tall. I could get the dishes out but the ones that were stacked were tricky to get and the microwave was on top of the refrigerator. I would have had to climb on a chair to use it.
