Das Luxor Beach Hotel ist großartig an einem sehr sauberen und schönen Strandabschnitt gelegt. Das leckere Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist ein Highlight. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Meerwasserpool ist schön und die Lösung mit dem Parken auf dem nicht weit entfernten Parcheggio Regina hat reibungslos funktioniert. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Wände eher hellhörig sind. Auch abends und früh Morgens hört man Schranktüren und Schubladen zugehen und teilweise Stimmen aus anderen Räumen. Man gewöhnt sich auch daran, aber wer einen leicht zu störenden Schlaf hat, könnte das als Problem erleben.

Ho soggiornato in quest albergo due notti con mio marito ritornando a casa dalle vacanze nel sud; c’ero già stata circa 10 anni fa e, come allora, ci siamo trovati benissimo. In dieci anni sono cambiate un po’ di cose ma in meglio. Accoglienza sempre calorosa e personale gentilissimo. Stanza molto bella ( junior suite), seppur non grandissima in assoluto gli spazi sono stati ottimizzati al meglio e quindi molto spazio a disposizione per riporre valige e altro in maniera ordinata ( noi eravamo carichissimi). La stanza era infatti dotata di armadio, cabina armadio e scarpiera; inoltre erano presenti tanti piani di appoggio.Lenzuola di qualità molto buona. Unico appunto: le prese elettriche sotto al comodino non erano molto comode. Davvero gradito e buonissimo il doposole in dispenser presente in bagno assieme a doccia schiuma e sapone mani, tutto bio. Doccia spaziosa e molto comoda. Pulizia stanze eccellente, passando ho anche visto un’addetta che igienizzava cassetto per cassetto in una stanza di qualcuno che era appena partito. Colazione davvero magnifica, c’è di tutto e di qualità molto buona, ed i buffet venivano continuamente riforniti. Frutta tanta e molto buona.

Non era mia intenzione, ma a distanza di poco più di un mese dal termine del mio soggiorno non ho ancora superato l'umiliazione e l'offesa subita senza motivo da parte del direttore. Ricevere un rimprovero ingiustificato e che non mi apparteneva ad alta voce davanti ad altri clienti senza possibilità di replica non lo ritengo un comportamento educato e rispettoso nei riguardi di un cliente. Ed ancor peggio è stato il non ricevere le scuse ed il far finta di niente come se nulla fosse successo. Con questa recensione chiudo il cerchio e spero di dimenticare al più presto questa terribile vacanza. Consiglio a tutto lo staff, ed in particolare al direttore, di partecipare a corsi di formazione sulla comunicazione.

Camere grandi e pulite, insonorizzate e provviste di tutto (presente addirittura il doposole e teli mare) Personale gentilissimo. Fronte mare con accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Colazione fino alle ore 12.00, con buffet immenso e per tutti i gusti. Sicuramente ci torneremo.
