Excellent stay at this hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, delicious food. Very close to the airport and with transportation service. Truly a pleasant surprise and 100% recommended. A piece of the joy of Venezuela facing the sea.

El hotel se ve bien mantenido y en una posición muy cómoda si tienes un vuelo temprano. El restaurante se me hizo excesivamente caro. La relación calidad-precio no es tan buena como en otro hoteles de la cadena Marriott. Tampoco me reconocieron el estatus de Bonvoy Gold. Preferí de lejos el JW Marriott en Caracas.

POSITIVE. 1. Very well trained staff. No one lost control of the situation when suddenly receiving 150 PAX due to a TURKISH AIRLINES plane grounded. (The airline’s behavior was disappointing!) Politeness is NOT a Venezuelan characteristic now a days. However, I found it all over in this hotel: restaurant, fitness center. Congratulations to HR!!! 2. WIFI. Performs well. 3.NICE POOL! Pleasant view of the sea, but you need a car to visit anything “interesting” outside the hotel. 5. ROOMS. Generous space, bathrooms in original state - a bit outdated. CAN IMPROVE 1. ACOUSTICS. European two-star hotel standard: doors slam, noisy ventilation, I could hear next door TV. In addition, I received the first room next to the elevators. A true disgrace worth USD 196.

Bel hôtel, les chambres sont jolies grande et propre mais la vue n’est pas géniale si vous avez pas une des suites plein nord avec balcon. La piscine est bien, si elle est en fonction. Le fitness est bien mais petit et plutôt équipé cardio que muscu. Le restaurant est cher, il faut compter au minimum 80$ pour 2 personnes et la nourriture n’est pas exceptionnelle. Il est impossible de consommer quelque chose dans cet hôtel et de le faire charger sur votre chambre jusqu’à votre départ. Tout doit être payé de suite! Et en plus ils ne vous rendent votre monnaie seulement le jour de votre départ.

We enjoyed the Easter holiday as a family at Marriot Playa Grande. The best thing is the careful attention of everyone in this Hotel, especially Patricia at the Reception, always with the answer to any question. Carlos, the hotel manager, supported us with a special request. Good room, good bed! The breakfast is sensational, I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of foods available. The service in the restaurant for dinner and lunch is good. Prices a little high. What can they improve? The pool is in some disrepair and the shower in the room could be better. This hotel should offer shuttle service to the nearby beach, these would be of great value to guests!

The hotel is quite dated, the carpet in the hallways smells musty, the room is old and the air conditioning cannot be regulated. Breakfast is poor. The pool is fine. I can't talk about the surroundings even though it is next to the beach
