Hotel con ottima posizione centrale e vista mare. Camera spaziosa e molto pulita. Colazione super, da provare le raviole di ricotta. Ieri sera abbiamo cenato in hotel e gustato piatti tipici degni di nota. Consigliatissimo anche per il personale molto gentile, grazie alla signora Lucrezia per la sua gentilezza!

l’hôtel est bien situé, il y’a possibilité de réserver une navette qui vient nous chercher à l’aéroport et pour le départ également, le prix est de 40€
si vous voulez voyager dans les alentours, ( Taormina, Syracuse..) prenez le train !! il y’a une gare à 5 minutes de l’hôtel le nom « Catania Picanello » prenez vos tickets en ligne car j’ai pas trouvé le distributeur les prix sont raisonnables.
L’hôtel super, bon petit déjeuner ils sont très accueillant, il y’a une belle piscine qui ferme à 18h dommage que ça soit si tôt, mais c’est déjà très bien d’avoir une piscine !! vu la chaleur ( j’ai été début août et j’avais de la place pr les transats ) j’ai pas dû réserver.
La chambre assez grande, propre, une très belle vue via le volcan Etna.
Par contre la douche est petite, mais ça fait quand même l’affaire, la clim fait beaucoup de bruit : pour moi ce n’est pas dérangeant prévoyez des boules quies.

Vi har boet på hotellet flere gange igennem de sidste 15 år. Og denne gang var sidste.
Hotellet ligger fint ud til vandet og i et roligt område med spiser steder meget tæt på.
Hotellet har en pool og adgang til havet. Nu koster det 15 euro pr person om dagen at benytte poolen og bade i havet fra hotellet. Håndklæder skal nu leges for 3 euro pr dag. Pool og adgang til havet fra 10-18 hver dag.
Hotellet er slidt og matcher slet ikke prisen. Personalet er venlige og er det eneste positive.
Morgenmaden minder som en standart morgenmad på et middel hotel.
Før i tiden var haven flot med blomster nu den kedelig og uden charme. Det er tydeligt at hotellet er økonomisk presset.
Rengøringen var som altid helt i orden.

I was obliged to cancel my trip to Catania but the hotel never accepted to either cancel my booking or rebook another time in the year.
I know everything about the cancellation policy but sometimes they could think about customer satisfaction.
It’s the first time I put a negative comment about one hotel. The management of this one deserve this negative comment.
