Would not recommend staying here at all. We were literally the only guests staying at this hotel and I’m assuming to save costs, the lights were always shut and nothing was available. In the morning, we had one egg and a bun for breakfast and was left to dine in an empty restaurant. There was not a single person present after cooking and serving us our plat of food. We couldn’t even ask for water or tea refill. The front desk was also extremely unhelpful and incompetent. We are aware cat Tien is inconvenient to get to, and asked about options to leave the hotel to travel to Ho Chi Minh City. We had gone to the jungle for the day and ready to head south. We asked about bus schedules, taxis, private car, what the options were. It was 3:00 pm and they said there are no more buses available. I showed them on the website of another hotel which lists that buses were leaving out of cat Tien every other hour. They made some calls and said they are not available. In the end, I called the other hotel and asked if they could help me arrange transit to travel to Ho Chi Minh City, and they promptly arranged a taxi to pick us up, and dropped us off at a location to take the bus to Ho Chi Minh City. The driver even waited with us until the bus arrived! We were so grateful for their service, and so upset at the staff at the cat Tien jungle lodge. This hotel appears to take large international tour groups and we likely stayed during the off season. Would not stay or recommend this place.

Looks amazing in the photos and to be fair the room was comfortable, though not especially clean - particularly the bathroom - and although the beds were clean and comfortable there were holes in the mosquito nets (fortunately we had brought our own). However the biggest disappointment was with the attitude of the staff. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere with such a poor attitude to customer service. The staff seemed simply uninterested in our presence; no orientation about the park or local area was given; the hotel had a restaurant and bar but the bar was never open and the restaurant only offered for dinner on one of the two nights of our stay, and only then because I had requested this in advance, when I booked the room. The local village is really quite small and there are few other options - if we hadn’t planned ahead by making our own arrangements for an evening meal with a home stay along the road, I doubt we would have found anything to eat on our second evening. We were truly shocked by the lack of information or interest in making our stay comfortable. A very disappointing experience.

Absolutely delicious home-made meal in the lodge’s beautiful restaurant - the staff were very attentive and the friendly owner recommended the best dishes and showed us how to enjoy them with great cooking tips - a wonderful experience!!

i really enjoyed my stay here, the lodge is perfectly located near the ferry where you can cross into the jungle., and enjoy nature at its best. As for the lodge itself my room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely. Beautful fresh local fruit.
The staff were always happy, smiling and helpful. Making my stay here very special and memorable.
The lodge owner Ms Phwong was a great help with her local knowledge. She spoke perfect English which was so helpful. I had 8 nights here and enjoyed every minute.
I would happily recommend this gem of a hotel. It was everything i could of asked for and more.

Nous avons été reçu par la propriétaire des lieux avec beaucoup d'attention, et d'authenticité. Le lieu est magique, au cœur d'une nature luxuriante au bord de la rivière à proximité immédiate de l'entrée du Parc naturel de Cat Tien. C'est un Paradis terrestre où il fait bon se ressourcer. Nous avons bénéficié des bienfaits de la sono thérapie, avec toute la maîtrise d'un expert. Le son des bols tibétains se mêlant au son de la nature pour un effet relaxant et régénérant des plus profonds. Le matin, on entend le chant des Gibbons, c'est fabuleux. Il fait bon se relaxer au bord de la piscine après les avoir randonné tout autour. Les plats proposés au restaurant sont cuisinés avec les produits locaux, et proposent une grande variété de saveurs. Nous avons pu découvrir grâce à Me Phuong les environs, avec des parcours personnalisés, nous avons été totalement sous le charme et sommes répartis avec un bon boost d'energie!Merci !!!

I have a very nice moment with the tibétain bowl. Relax and more energy, linked with the soundtrack. Very nice place in Ho-Chi-Min center. I recomend you, after one hour my body and my head feel lighter, as if stress left after one hour with the sound!

Très belle expérience de sons avec des cloches tibétaines des bols. un moment de grande quiétude. Nous sommes allongés sur les kapi dans une salle au calme associé à des sons de nature. Un accueil par un Professionnel qui parle le français, ce qui permet de communiquer très facilement.
