The facilities were misunderstood overall.
I had a tight travel schedule, so it was hard to find a decent room, so I had to find one in a hurry and stay there.
I don't think I'll go there again.
The receptionist didn't speak English well.
It wasn't clean and it was really bad.

I booked this hotel, but was directed to another hotel because it was overbooked.
The new hotel I was directed to was called Dong lai, which is located a bit far from the town. (Taxi fee: 80,000 VND)
The Dong lai hotel was newly built, clean, and well-equipped.
I didn't see the inside of this Ngoc Anh, but the location is very good. (Convenient to walk around the town)

We booked this hotel room via Trip.com but when we arrived there, there was no room available.  The host didn’t look surprised. He didn’t wanna see our reservation number or reference. He diverted to nearby hotel, in pretty bad conditions. We noticed later on that the price of the new hotel was less than half what we paid initially . No refund, no explanations, no breakfast ( even if included in our reservation).
Probably the owner is not happy with Trip.com reservation customers , he’s using the platform for publicity, but then he accept only people that booked with him directly. It was totally a scam. I really bad experience .

Scam, this “hotel” (more like a hostel) is one of the worst places I have ever been at. We needed to wait for 15 minutes just to ask for someone to bring us toilet paper and new towels because they don’t clean the rooms when you are there. The room smelled like sweat and mold I hated every second in the hotel The only good thing about this place is that it’s near the Main Street

The worst “hotel” (kind of hostel) that i have ever been at, the facilities of the hotel is worst, a lot of mold on the walls, bad beds, The shower looks horrible and the smell is just terrible in the room. if u want to suffer go to this “hotel” Don’t recommend at all
