A very welcoming, calm, peaceful and pleasant environment. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The room was exemplary clean and very well decorated. The breakfast was very well served. Everything was very good. I recommend this hotel.

I think we were unlucky with the date... the Hotel had been closed during the low season... In addition to there being no internet or cable TV that day (in the entire town, a situation unrelated to the Hotel, it should be said) the air conditioning It worked poorly and the TV didn't work. After reporting it to reception, they replaced the TV and fixed the AC console, which was broken. The staff demonstrated friendliness and availability, but the hotel's conditions could be better.
