Sol and Priscilla at the desk had a wonderful disposition. In the restaurant we want to highlight the service of Diego Fernández. Diego speaks excellent English and is proactive, kind and dilligent. He went out of his way to get the special food my husband needed. He really made a difference. We also loved our beautifully decorated, warm bedroom, nice hot shower and gorgeous views of the Cove and meadows. If you plan to visit Chiloé be sure to stay at Parque Quilquilco."

"A magical place, comfortable and warm room. Everything was clean, both the room and the common areas. A lot of silence which was very comfortable when it was time to rest, the owner of the place responded quickly and was attentive to what we needed. In the mornings they tidied and cleaned our room and bathroom and there was also the option of doing laundry, which had a low cost. 100% recommended, I would return to Palafito Waiwen a thousand times more."

"This place is simply wonderful. Though only a few miles from the main road, you feel like you are very far away from everything. The rooms are very beautiful, with huge windows facing the bay. A short walk takes you to the bay where you can watch birds, wander a bit along the marsh, or simply sit and enjoy the quiet. The food in the restaurant was very good and the views from the dining room are as nice as those from the rooms. Breakfast is great--excellent coffee, homemade granola and yoghurt, delicious bread as well as the standard cheese and meats. And lots of fruit and homemade fruit juices that change each day. The staff--Dora and Felipe and Kevin--are very welcoming and answer all questions. During my two weeks in Chile, this was easily--by far--my favourite stay. I have to return to Chiloé in the future for work and I will definitely be staying here!"
