Quiero destacar primero la amabilidad del personal tanto de recepción como de Restaurant. Si debe mejorar respecto a los horarios de aseo de la habitación, nos sucedió que personal de limpieza desde muy temprano conversaban en pasillos del piso lo que por mala aislacionismos se escucha todo- en el contexto- en que uno s rencuentra de vacaciones y no desea escuchar dos personas conversando en la habitación continúa todo el tiempo. Muy buena calidad del salmón y comida del restaurant. Podría variar un poco más el desayuno. Muy buena ubicación cercano a plaza y locales comerciales

El hotel cumple con todo lo necesario, la cercanía con el centro es ideal, correcto aseo, toallas limpias, calefacción, ducha caliente y buena presión de agua, estacionamiento subterraneo sin costo, el desayuno es abundante. Lo recomiendo

Hotel muy bien ubicado en centro de Castro. Habitacion limpia y luminosa. Bien equipada. Calefaccionada. Personal atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Desayuna contundente. El restaurant sirve ademas almuerzos y cenas con una muy buena calidad de las comidas. Lo recomiendo.

Fui a comer al restaurant, pedí un cremoso de arroz con mariscos, me salió un bolon de malla de pescar en la comida, el plato costaba 13 mil, por el reclamo qué hice me hicieron una rebaja de mil pesos y me dijieron que eso pasaba todo el tiempo, qué la gente de la isla siempre come mariscos con red de pescar y nadie se queja (lógico que es mentira), PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y PÉSIMA COMIDA, PORFAVOR NO VAYAN.

El restaurante lo mejor. Tienen un menú bueno, bonito y barato para lo que es a la hora de almuerzo. La cena es a la carta, los platos bien preparados, muy ricos y el servicio excelente. Todos muy amables.

Lugar limpio y acogedor, con un comedor con buena vista, salón de pool, y rico desayuno servido por personal muy amable. Nos toco habitación sin vista pero muy limpia, buen tamaño y baño remodelado. Solo pediría que cambiaran a Box spring las camas ya que la marquesa de madera me dejo con más de un moretón.

Un hotel sencillo en lo que respecta a las habitaciones (son antiguas al igual que sus camas y baños) pero impecable en la limpieza, cuenta con estacionamiento y desayuno el cual es muy variado y abundante (te lo sirven en la mesa por protocolo Covid), el restaurante una gran sorpresa en la preparacion y sabor de los platos que ofrecen, cuentan con mesas de pool para entretencion lo cual permite descansar y jugar con los niños. cerca de la plaza 1 cuadra y se puede ir caminando al borde costero, si bien el camino es empinado te permite recorrer las calles , muy buen lugar. como indicaba sencillo pero pero con personal muy dedicado y atento y esos detalles cuentan
