Superb hotel stay. Amy on reception is amazing, what a credit to the hotel. When we checked in she asked had we stayed before (we had several times in the main hotel and townhouse) so she asked if we wanted to try the Georgian.. she gave us the Heart of Oak room...wow!! If you get a chance stay there! Breakfast in the morning was great too! Got to say all the staff we interacted with from bar, breakfast and reception were all top notch. Perfect for shows in the Swansea Arena which is a five minute walk away.

I stay at the Georgian regularly. The greeting at reception is always a friendly one whilst the rooms are fabulously well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient and accessible too. A great place to say with a super friendly team of staff. 5*

Amazing stay as always, fun and friendly staff who always do their best to help. Amy and Hayley on reception were fantastic and I already look forward to my next stay! Easy central location, safe and secure parking and offers an amazing breakfast!

Absolutely beautiful room, everything was perfect. Stunning bathroom and showers. The room was well equipped with toiletries, bath robes and tea and coffee facilities aswell as complimentary bottled water. We will most definitely return.

We stayed in a beautiful, very clean room. Bed was comfortable and we slept really well. Great location. Breakfast was ample and staff attentive. Only complaint would be about the coffee machine in the room and at breakfast being temperamental.

The room was lovely. Beautifully decorated and I was shown to my room by a member of staff which was good. I was disappointed though to see the pillow cases had not been ironed! I had been staying in a budget hotel in Berlin prior to this and everything was meticulously ironed. I run my own holiday cottage business and would never not iron the pillow cases. I would be crucified on Trip Advisor. Personally I feel for £125.00 a night this was poor and I would have expected better attention to detail for my money.

Lovely building and beautiful room, all done to a high standard. Excellent bathrooms very clean and towels and robes very soft. Staff were amazing and very helpful had a problem and it was dealt with straight away, thank you Hayley you were amazing. Breakfast was outstanding had to wait but if I wanted a microwave breakfast I would have gone to wetherspoons, all made to order sausages the best you will ever taste. Will definitely come back amazing staff and hotel.

What stunning decor, a true touch of luxury. The bathroom with twin showers was incredible! Loved that the room was called Intreped! We had a great night’s sleep, quiet in spite of very central location. Had my first Swans football match and “night on the town”afterwards. Very easy to access entertainment and the lovely Marina from the hotel. The staff were brilliant. Shown across the road to the room by a lovely friendly and helpful lady and then helped in the morning by the engaging Rhys and Molly. Breakfast was superb, car parking easy. What’s not to love!

What an utterly gorgeous hotel with decor totally in keeping with the name. So many special touches. Our high wooden bed was so so comfy and the bathroom was spectacular with stunning tiles, chandeliers and a double shower. The toilet was a work of art. The visit was made all the more special by the wonderful hotel staff who gave us such a warm friendly welcome and looked after us beautifully. Thank you so much and we hope to be back soon ❤️
