Hotel 4 stelle superior situato in una posizione ideale, nel cuore di Castelrotto, con camere ampie e confortevoli. L'area wellness è eccezionale, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata all'aperto. La proposta gastronomica è di altissimo livello, accompagnata dalla gentilezza e professionalità dello staff, sia all'accoglienza che in sala. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la cordialità del maître Gianluca, che ci ha accolto ogni giorno personalmente a pranzo e cena, e di tutto lo staff di sala, in particolare Alberto, che ha reso ancora più piacevoli le cene rispondendo con cortesia alle nostre domande. Inoltre, l'atmosfera natalizia ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale, contribuendo a creare un’esperienza davvero magica. L’hotel è ottimamente collegato; la cabinovia per l'Alpe di Siusi è a due passi e i collegamenti autobus per Ortisei sono comodissimi. Consigliatissimo!

Absolutely incredible stay at Hotel Lamm. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Good location. Incredible facilities. Beautiful decor. On site free parking. Bus tickets were included in our booking. The spa is incredible!

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Lamm, the facilities were excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff couldn’t be more attentive and really went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay! The food was incredible everyday!

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr modern und sehr schön ausgestattet. Gefaellt uns sehr. Das essen ist das Problem, es ist in jedem 2 Sterne Haus besser. Das Geld ueberhaupt nicht wert. Abendessen: 5 Gaenge Wahlmeneu 1 Gang ca 8 verschiedene Salate nichts weiter keine Nuesse usw sehr sparsam 2 Gang Antipasti: gannze 3 verschiedene Gemuese sonst nichts keine weiteren Angebote das ist in anderen Häusern viel besser.... 3 Gang. Zur freien Auswahl 4 Gang : Hauptgang war mehrmals kalt an verschiedenen Tagen auch bei Reklamtion nicht besser 5 Gang Nachspeise sehr sparsam Alles im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern mangehaft Viel besser im Hotel im gleichen Ort Castel zum Wolkenstein oder Hotel Rosslauerhof oder Hotel Berghotel in Sexten beim dem Berghotel koennten sich die Verantwortlichen mal was abschauen! Persnal beim Abendessen ungeschult, das letzte Stück noch im Mund und zag der Teller war wieder weg als ob die Herren im Anzug eine Prämie fuer jeden Teller bekommen wuerden... Fruestueck war alles einfacher Standart bis auf eine Gemuesepresse... Dieses Hotel koennen wir nicht empfehlen

l'hotel si trova in pieno centro ed ha un parcheggio interrato per cui quando si arriva si lascia subito la macchina, si snoda in piu' piani dall'ingresso al piano rialzato, alla zona spa all'ultimo quarto piano. La camera era molto pulita e di questo va atto alle persone preposte al rifacimento, in camera non manca nulla e nel caso il personale è molto disponibile. La zona di ristorazione è ben seguita, noi avevamo Francesco, con cui abbiamo anche potuto scambiare qualche opinione e battuta, molto attento e professionale ed ho potuto constatare che lo stesso vale per i suoi colleghi. Il menu' ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista, se devo fare un piccolo appunto è sulla colazione che potrebbe essere piu'varia e anche sul mettere i cartellini con la denominazione, idem per la sera sui condimenti gia' preparati per le verdure. Ho comunque fatto presente e gentilmente mi hanno risposto che prenderanno spunto dal suggerimento. La spa non è enorme ma piu' che sufficiente per potersi rilassare, splendida la vista dalla piscina sul campanile del paese, anche qui pulizia ottima. Castelrotto è carino e permette delle bellissime passeggiate ed escursioni. Da consigliare

Tolles Hotel, wir waren 14 Tage hier und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Der Spa Bereich sowie die ausgezeichnete Küche (Frühstück sowie Abendessen) sind besonders hervorzuheben. Die Tiefgarage ist großzügig und es gibt viele Stellplätze,haben 2 Kleinigkeiten die duch die sehr freundliche Francesca sofort erledigt hat . Im Speisesal der von Herrn Cianluca gefürt wird und die Angestelten Graziella und Francesco die uns sehr freundich bedient haben. Da für mich keiner der Weine in Frage kam, hat Herr Cianluca meinen Wein extra bestellt. Das war ein echte Überraschung! Das habe ich so noch nicht erlebt.An meinem Geburtstag hat mich das Personal mega Überrascht, vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Abend !

Wunderschönes Hotel, perfekter herzlicher Service und fantastisches Essen! Waren mit der Familie da. Grandioses Frühstückbuffet - alle Wünsche werden erfüllt. Der Spa- Bereich lädt zum Entspannen nach Wanderungen ein. Absolutes Highlight: der beheizte Dachpool.
