Hotel moderno com boas instalações. O pequeno almoço era bom e completo. A piscina é interior. O ginásio é muito bom com equipamentos de alta qualidade. Fica bem situado e mesmo ao lado do Castelo. Os quartos estavam muito bem equipados. Estacionamento privativo e mesmo à porta do hotel.

Tem um SPA que não funciona, em dois dias, não houve jacuzzi, nem sauna. No ginásio passaram clientes fora do hotel a visitar com crianças de 5 anos a "brincar" com os equipamentos e a atrapalhar sem supervisão técnica. Agua da piscina aquecida, estava pouco aquecida.

Um Hotel excepcional a todos os níveis. Eficiência e simpatia no serviço, localização fantástica, com visão para as serras da Gardunha e Estrela e, para sul, com o horizonte marcado por S. Mamede, Talhadas e Muradal. A esplanada( deck) junto ao bar é um dos locais mais poderosos da cidade em termos de ambiente.

Come here for the spa,took a monthbership. Jacuzzi didnt work,first time but they got it working.Second time it was out of order,reception was not open which ment there were no cups for the waterachine as u have to get them from there.On top of all came for the awuagym class but the teacher didn't show up! 0n top they are constructing putside which makes a lot Of noise!Very disappointed,lets see what the 3rd time will bring. .

Very good, I recommend it, very friendly staff, very good swimming pool, I loved this hotel and I want to go back. Good breakfast, very varied, plentiful and quality. The very comfortable rooms have everything you need, they have a very beautiful landscape, I stayed in a suite facing the city. Try it, it's worth it.
