Mi experiencia en el Hotel Bag ha sido absolutamente desastrosa y no recomendaría este lugar a nadie. Desde el primer momento, todo fue un completo caos y una decepción total.
Al llegar, intentaron cobrarnos casi 300€ por la reserva, alegando que se había cancelado en febrero. Esta información era totalmente falsa, ya que tenía la confirmación de la reserva y el check-in realizados el 27 de julio. Después de discutir, nos enviaron a una habitación en ruinas: camas manchadas, humedades, todo sucio. Parecía un trastero improvisado para alojarnos debido a la supuesta inexistencia de nuestra reserva y la falta de habitaciones.
La dueña del hotel fue increíblemente desagradable. En vez de resolver nuestro problema, se puso a hablar en valenciano con la clara intención de que no la entendiéramos, siendo nosotros de fuera de la Comunidad Valenciana. Finalmente, nos cambiaron a otra habitación que resultó ser incluso peor: sucia, con sábanas manchadas, y solo un rollo de papel higiénico para tres personas durante cuatro noches.
El servicio de limpieza fue inexistente, a pesar de nuestras solicitudes. Para colmo, la primera noche, a pesar de tener el cartel de “no pasar”, el personal de limpieza entró en la habitación tres veces mientras dormíamos, llegando incluso a vernos.
Por estos y muchos otros motivos, no recomendaría este hotel bajo ninguna circunstancia. Ha sido una experiencia horrible que espero no tener que repetir jamás.

Cleanliness: The room was spotless clean, including the bathroom. I couldn’t fault the cleanliness.
Location: The place was near many places including a petrol station, that sells reasonable petrol or diesel for cars. As well as you get free parking with the hotel.
Service: The service from check in to check out was easy. However most staff couldn’t speak English including at their own restaurant, but somewhere we managed to communicate. The staff were really nice and lovely.
Amenities: Towels was provided in the rooms with running hot water.
Downside: the room we had was a double room with breakfast included, which wasn’t sound proof. I didn’t have a problem sleeping since I’m a heavy sleeper but my partner experienced drunken people in the corridor having loud conversations which ruined his sleep for an hour and then he couldn’t go back to sleep all night. Other than that I couldn’t fault the hotel in anything.
