Swimming pool/jacuzzi to be paid extra 10€/h ! This was clearly not mentioned when booking the hotel. Fortunately, the beach is only a 5-minute walk away

Sono stato in questi giorni con mia moglie. Albergo molto pulito, personale cordiale e ben disponibile, colazione abbondante. Abbiamo fatto la SPA con mia moglie e devo dire che era tutto perfetto dall'atmosfera alle tisane, unico appunto ma solo perché avendo fatto diverse saune mi rendo conto che è una cosa molto bella e rilassante e quella di mettere degli aromi nell'acqua della sauna. Continuate così.

Situato a pochi metri da Cala Petrolo, la piaggia più popolare di Castellammare l'hotel ci ha pienamente soddisfatto in modo particolare ci sono piaciuti: la pulizia, la stanza silenziosa, reception aperta 24 ore, colazione completa e la gentilezza del personale. Ci sono nei pressi ristoranti molto interessanti.

l'hotel è in posizione centrale del paese. è una struttura nuova ma io non sono rimasto soddisfatto in quanto su tre notti due li abbiamo passato con l'aria condizionata non funzionante. inoltre alla richiesta del malfunzionamento mi rispondevano che c'era troppo caldo. non è vero perché al momento del pagamento mi hanno detto che c'era stato un problema alla centralina. il soggiorno ha avuto anche altro problema : le tovaglie venivano cambiate a giorni alterni non a discrezione dell'occupante ed è grave per il prezzo pagato. le camere non hanno alcun armadio ma soltanto un appendiabiti a vista ed il bagno non ha una base d'appoggio per gli accessori. attorno al condizionatore la muffa e ogni volta le chiavi dovevano essere consegnate alla reception. insomma sono rimasto deluso

Pretty unfriendly and irritable staff, besides two very nice women. Very small rooms that were kept very clean besides the strong smell of mold/ mildew and many good restaurants nearby. The key policy is stupid and is very unsafe if you are a solo traveler. Very little amenities provided and we even got charged for using their towels…? Also, a guest we were staying with was told her room was located at the end of the road, and was told to walk and go find it without any help from the workers or front desk!!!!! Not a great hotel, not very hospitable. Would not stay again.

Peccato che abbia soggiornato solo per una notte io e mio figlio per un lavoro in zona. Personale SUPER GENTILISSIMO dalle Signore alla Reception alla Signora alla prima colazione. Colazione da ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ e suggerimento per la cena 🔝🔝🔝 ci hanno fatto parcheggiare l’auto in zona video sorvegliata. Grazie veramente di cuore e quanto prima ci ritornerò in vacanza con la famiglia.
