Posto strategico per visitare i posti più noti della Campania (Napoli- Scavi archeologici di Pompei- Reggia di Caserta). Staff gentile e ben preparato, soprattutto il direttore Giuseppe, il quale ci ha fornito la sua totale disponibilità e competenza, aiutandoci a trarre il meglio dalle località visitate. Comunque tutto lo staff si è mostrato sempre gentile e disponibile a soddisfare tutti i nostri bisogni.

Camere datate materasso vecchio e sfondato!!!!il bagno vecchio da ristrutturare sicuramente con perdita di acqua che abbiamo segnalato ma non riparato. La colazione molto anni 80 andrebbe tutto rimodernato !!!

Sono fermamente convinta,che a fare la differenza tra un hotel e l'altro nn sia il cuscino più morbido...o la colazione più assortita....ma il personale che ci lavora insieme al titolare...Ecco essere ospitati dal Joy, è proprio come sentirsi "protetti"..avere la consapevolezza che qualsiasi dubbio venga sciolto e ogni problema risolto.Camere confortevoli,ottima cucina e pizza gourmet.Un ringraziamento particolare va a Giuseppe il direttore,persona squisita,empatica e piena di risorse,ma un grazie anche al titolare dell'intera struttura,sempre presente e con il sorriso sulle labbra... chapeau anche a tutto lo staff,per la preparazione e la solarità e un grazieeee a Giuseppe (autista navetta e parcheggiatore)un uomo dall'animo nobile,tanto paziente e sempre disponibile ad accompagnarci in ogni dove .Se vi trovate a Castelvolturno nn esitate a fermarvi al Joy, sicuramente nn resterete delusi

Buon hotel 3 stelle, molto tranquillo, stanza pulita ed accogliente,dotata di ogni comfort. Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione non abbondantissima ma con tutto il necessario. Posizione abbastanza centrale e strategica per raggiungere qualsiasi località della zona.
