After booking at the end of March (i.e. 2 months in advance), and having followed all the communication instructions -- I planned the time with 2 updates that Isabelle knows the exact minute of our arrival as she m asked for her to come to meet us, but I had to knock and then wait in front of the front door (locked), then she accused me of coming with 3 people when I didn't reserved only for 2 - it's not true, but she insisted, then made me believe that she was going to ”try to accommodate us” (no, but it's not going at all) - then realized that she was wrong, then accused me of coming with a child without warning (insulting to my daughter-in-law, small but not that much). She tells us that we will not have cleaning services (charged). Cold shower after weeks of maximum stress (CAP Cuisine exams) and a long and tiring day of travel, and the hope of finally arriving in my favorite city and experiencing a little calm, perhaps by the pool , but she was downright mean, resentful, malicious. We didn't even dare to go to the swimming pool for fear of making an unforeseeable mistake like, oh! had to wear a black jersey and not brown, or god knows what. On leaving she collected the keys in fairly heavy rain, but a few moments later I had no way to open the gate because I had not memorized the code having only used the beep on the set of keys . Walked back to reception, locked, no response when I knocked, walked back to car turning in front of gate, when I tel to this one, which only answered after 6 or 7 rings, only to ask me if I didn't remember the code (well, no, indeed), before she decided to open it (she would never have thought before that once the customer had returned the keys that opening the gate will be a minimum, especially when it rains?)
