Attention!!!!! PUNAISES DE LIT. Je me suis faite mordre par des punaises de lit donc je n’ai pas dormi toute la nuit car j’avais peur que mes enfants se fasse mordre aussi!!!!!! HORRIBLE!

Very large and very well soundproofed room. I didn't have breakfast, but only coffee at the bar, 2eur at the counter a bit expensive. Functional hotel a few km from the Gessate metro, in a quiet area. Valid economical alternative for those who prefer quality outside Milan.

Nightmare hotel
Booked hoping for a 4-star hotel instead a nightmare experience.
I arrive, I check in and I am informed that my payment does not appear, I tell which site I booked from, I show the payment receipt (receipt issued in their name, not the site) and they make me repay the room, telling me that in case I will be refunded. We're off to a terrible start okay I enter the room surprised smart TV! Too bad there are only 4 channels (foreigners only) and Internet access not available from the TV, from the telephone or from the PC, both via cable and wi-fi! Well at least the air conditioning works. Bathroom with tub! Take a nice bath to forget the misadventures. No tub full of hair .... okay I could call reception or take pictures but nothing I rinse everything wasting a lot of water and shower on the fly and go! Going out, I go to the reception to report the various problems and the response has been; the internet on the floor doesn't work at the moment and for the hair in the tub just a damn sorry!
I didn't expect a change of room... but at least an ok, we apologize! you do not have breakfast in your reservation and we offer it to you or we will give you a voucher for your next stay (which will never happen again) nothing, fake smiles, a circumstantial sorry and good evening!
Never had a similar experience ever again even if they offered me the room

Crazy story… I’ve booked the room on Booking and apparently they changed the date of my booking. I rang the hotel and the guy with the name Enzo who did the Best ever customer service change the date and make it sure the room is exactly as we wanted. Unfortunately we didn’t had the opportunity to stay in the hotel, we had to cancel our trip because of the baby ( end up in hospital). Enzo was very kind and he even call us back to see if we did change our mind and to make sure everything is fine. I would love to hear more stories like this because the humanity still exists. Hotel collocato in un’ottima posizione per raggiungere Leolandia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camere pulite e spaziose, anche se abbiamo trovato nel frigobar i panini dei precedenti ospiti (spero sia stata una svista). Colazione discreta e sufficiente, ma ho avuto dubbi sulla freschezza dei prodotti. Alcuni dettagli possono essere migliorati, ma è stato comunque un piacevole soggiorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti a fine maggio, due adulti ed un bambino. La prima sera la camera era caldissima, abbiamo chiesto di poter accendere l’aria condizionata e ci hanno risposto che non era possibile. Il bambino si è addormentato a mezzanotte, alle 6 era sveglio, stante l’aria irrespirabile. La mattina dopo, da altro dipendente presente in reception, ci è stato detto che non era corretto quanto riferito la sera prima e che avrebbero attivato la deumidificazione e che la sera avremmo trovato la camera fresca. Tornati alla sera, in camera parevano esserci 30 gradi. Tornati per l’ennesima volta in reception (in camera non era nemmeno presente telefono per chiamare la reception), un terzo collega ci risponde che quanto dettoci al mattino non aveva fondamento, non essendo possibile attivare nè deumidificatore nè condizionatore. Ci è stato portato un ventilatore in camera con cui abbiamo dormito le due notti successive, modalità chiaramente non gradevole e non consona ad un 4 stelle e a quanto pagato. Per tutti i 4 giorni di permanenza il frigo non ha funzionato. Segnalato 3 volte e cambiato 3 volte con altri frigoriferi di altre camere, anziché raffreddare riscaldava. Al check out, per scusarsi, l’ultimo giorno ci è stata offerta la colazione.
Un’esperienza davvero non piacevole, nel complesso.
